On Monday, having received the printout, I was not very happy with the treatment plan. Another doctor adjusted my procedures and we discussed my treatment plan. I don’t have any serious health problems yet, but if I did, such a doctor wouldn’t help. He prescribes procedures on an unclear basis (most likely, “where it’s not busy”). If you know what you need, then you can ask for the necessary procedures. Also, the schedule for receiving procedures is often unsuccessful; if someone likes to travel and see some places, it is difficult to combine. I wasn’t very interested in this, but you can still plan something more compact. With meals - I took half board, I think I made the right decision. Everything suits you at first, but then, by the end of the second week, it gets so boring, and if there were 3 meals a day, it would get boring even earlier.Positives

We lived as a family in a two-room apartment, very spacious, for two weeks. Cleaned every day, fine. The territory of the sanatorium is huge. It’s very quiet, the birds are singing. Very large parking - 1€ per day. There is also a city bus service. On the territory of the sanatorium there is a large outdoor heated swimming pool, open from early morning until 21-00. The food was very tasty, in the morning there was a buffet, and lunch and dinner the day before you choose and order from six dishes. We stayed at the sanatorium, in this hotel, from September 23 to October 7. Impression. The hotel currently fully corresponds to three stars. Clean and well maintained. The rooms are standard. There is a balcony. There is a separate toilet, a bidet and a bath. The room is cleaned every day. Our towels were changed almost every day. The maids are polite and helpful. Wi-Fi in all rooms and there is a separate room with two computers, the speed is very good. It is worth noting the very diverse program of excursions offered. We especially recommend going to Lake Dukhonka and eating smoked trout. You are guaranteed to not be able to taste such fish anywhere else. The restaurants are cozy. The range of dishes is also quite standard, salads, fruits... drinks. Two different and very tasty soups, and you can also eat soup in the evening. You order your choice of second courses yourself. Delicious. The presentation is beautiful, the waiters are polite. Almost everyone understands Russian, which is important for older Russian-speaking guests. Treatment. We must say right away that we have not received such treatment anywhere. The number of procedures is so varied. For some, improvement occurs within a few days. Again, all the staff are polite and try to provide maximum convenience to customers. Some patients come every year because they do not receive such help anywhere. It is very important. So everything regarding treatment is at a very good level. Doctors help you change procedures if you don’t like something. No problem. Our impressions of staying at the Grand Splendid Hotel are excellent. Very comfortable. I didn't want to leave. The weather was simply wonderful, only at the end of our stay, in October, there were a couple of rainy days. The air there is such that you will remember it for a long time. To those who write dissatisfied reviews about the Grand Hotel, I want to say the following. You should not expect from a three-star hotel what you will be offered in a five-star Thermia. Or other higher class hotels. The Grand Hotel lives up to its stars. If anyone doesn't like it, remember, this is a budget hotel. If you need a higher class, pay more and get another hotel. I would not like the complex program to include mandatory group physical education; each guest needs to be approached individually. I visited the gym almost every day and group physical education was unnecessary and weak for me, and the doctors refused to exchange it for other (more necessary procedures). We were not notified that tests were included in the cost of the program (we found out about this on the last day of our stay, and then by accident).
