An absolutely illiterate hotel worker. If you don’t know what to withdraw, you should at least ask the client. This the incident ruined the entire impression of the holiday. The hotel manager apologized only on the sixth day!!!!! although the situation was known to her from the first day. All this led to a large monetary loss.

It was my first time at the sanatorium. .Before leaving, I read a lot of reviews about this place. Half of what I read was not true. The food was 3 times a day and very good./If they serve a buffet, then it’s simply not realistic to leave hungry/For lunch and dinner there was always a large selection of meat/ pork, beef, there was even lamb and fish. Several side dishes for every taste, a large selection of herbs, fresh vegetables and fruits, and all this in the month of February. The service staff in the restaurant is very attentive and polite. I was alone and lived in a double room. The rooms are not very large, but not small either. Very comfortable beds. There are Russian channels. There was a safe in the room. I am very pleased with the treatment. There are no procedures on the day of arrival, but on the day of departure (I left on Saturday) I received everything. I was very pleased with the staff during the procedures. I was forced to change the time for procedures twice in connection with going on excursions and was never refused. The sanatorium has a lot of different offers for your leisure time / a large selection of excursions both in the surrounding area and outside the country / There were no problems with communication in Russian either in the sanatorium or in the city of PIESTYANY itself. Local residents provided assistance in navigating city. I am very pleased with the treatment and service. In addition to the basic procedures, there is the opportunity to buy additional procedures*/Indian and Thai massage, spa treatments and cosmetics/ After a two-week stay in the sanatorium, I feel much better. I met many interesting people who come to the sanatorium regularly over the course of for 5-10 years already. This alone suggests that this is a very popular and useful place. Not far from the city center, a 20-minute walk through the park. Excursions are organized. To Vienna 1h 50 min. 50 minutes to Bratislava. Small cafes and souvenir shops in the city, everything is nearby. Wonderful air! There are separate words about the sanatorium. I have been to many countries, hotels, sanatoriums, there is something to compare with. And I was very pleased with this! All just great! Beautiful open halls, large rooms, sooooo clean! Cafe and wonderful quiet music for an evening pastime. Beautiful restaurants where beautifully dressed guests gather for dinner in the evening. The staff and guests are very friendly, kind and smiling! The food is always good, fresh, the offer is not very wide, but you can always pack yourself a delicious dinner or lunch from the buffet. And always different dishes. Tasty. Treatment and balneozone. I stayed in the sanatorium for 11 days. Every day I had 4-5 procedures before lunch. Everything is very competent. The day and the volume of procedures are correctly calculated. It is possible to purchase additional procedures if desired. An additional 5 massages cost me 88 euros. Very clean! All the sheets in the balneozone are snow-white and warm! Everything is arranged to help people with disabilities, and there are many such people in the sanatorium. I recommend it if you are now faced with a choice. You can't go wrong! I will definitely go again more than once! Thank you !

1) I was not satisfied with the information about the services included in the program on the website sanatoriums.com. It was said that the 11 days/10 nights program included 34 medical procedures, a drinking course, 3 doctor’s examinations and that’s it. It turned out that there are many pitfalls there, about which there is no information on the site. And the strangest thing is that when I asked to be provided with a program at the medical registry, what is included in it and what I am entitled to, they could not help me, they said they do not have such information, contact the person who organized your treatment. It sounds strange, because every time I was informed about what they could do to me and what they couldn’t do. Main points: a) out of 11 days, the treatment was only 8 days. 2 Sundays were lost because there was no treatment on that day. And on the day of departure I was told that I couldn’t do the procedures. Everything would have been fine if other vacationers had not told me that they had procedures on the day of departure. It is not clear how to verify this information. I may have lost one main procedure. I’ll tell you what this procedure is below. b) daily you can have only 1 main procedure: thermal pool or mud envelope. That's what they told me at the reception. It is not clear how to check. All others are considered additional (CO2 gas injections, magnetic therapy, laser, physical therapy, etc.). It turns out that there were 8 significant procedures that I could only do in Piestany - according to the number of days, and, perhaps, parafango. I had 2 such procedures. That is, only 10. The rest can be done in many cities without coming to Slovakia. c) I would like to say separately about physical therapy and aquabike. With all due respect to physical activity, these procedures are absolutely useless, since they are common to all patients and absolutely do not take into account the problems that people have. For example, the trainer suggests doing exercises on your knees. Out of 10 people in the group, 5 do not do them because they have contraindications. They tell the coach, and he says, “Get some rest.” And everything would be fine if the lesson didn’t last 20 minutes, and you rest for about half of it. Physical therapy should help people, not the other way around. Most vacationers don’t attend these classes at all, because they don’t see the point. When I asked to refuse them, I was again told that this was included in the program, they were mandatory. The question remains, how to check and where to see this program. And if I knew all this, would I buy such a program? 2) The girls at the reception at the medical center are nice and smile, but only until you come with a problem. It is completely unclear what their functionality includes. For example, yesterday I underwent a procedure through them, today they no longer have the right to do that. For any question they say that you need to see a doctor. And the attending physician, unfortunately, does not appear every day. You delicately ask them to clarify how to deal with such a situation, and only after that they start calling somewhere with a dissatisfied look, complaining all the time. The information provided varies. And when I ask why they told me something different yesterday, no one knows. Moreover, when communicating with other vacationers, I heard similar difficulties, which, of course, is sad.

1 - doctors are completely uninterested in the results of treatment and there is no individual approach, with the exception of special attention to Muslim holidaymakers, who are accepted without a queue and served very carefully, obviously for a fee. 2- Muslim women play their national music on their mobile phones in public places (for example, in a cafeteria), this is extremely unpleasant. In the sanatorium, classical music is heard everywhere, and when the harried women at the next table play their national tunes, it interferes with relaxation. 3 Muslim women are served without a queue in the hotel cafeteria, while the queue of other nationalities stands and waits. This leaves a very strange feeling that Muslims are given special privileges at the resort. 4- in the thermal pool, which is taken naked, Muslim women remain in clothes, which leads to the conclusion that the procedure provided is unhygienic. 5- the service staff is not interested in suggesting how best to take the procedure, for example, when traction of the spine, additional weights are hung on the legs, but the staff does not bother to inform about this, the weights simply lie next to the pool.

He did not listen well enough and prescribed few procedures that were useful to me. 2) They promised 37 procedures, but at least 15 of them are absolutely useless and meaningless. 3) Among the service personnel during the procedures there were those who performed their work carelessly. After this, a negative aftertaste remained. Therefore, it was very important who you ended up with. The same procedure could differ in quality due to unscrupulous workers.

Because the overall double-digit number of procedures does not reliably reflect the situation with their appointment and creates inflated expectations. Well, Slovak cuisine is not very diverse.

The rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, absolutely not noticeable to us. The staff speaks Russian and is very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the food in the Bratislava restaurant. Before leaving, we read a lot of negative reviews about poor food. It's strange, what do people miss? We had 3 meals a day. We decided that next time breakfast and dinner would be enough. There is more than enough food, plenty of variety. Special thanks to the service staff in the restaurant. Wonderful people. Amazing nature on the island. We saw many plants that were familiar to us only from pictures. And another wonderful component of the holiday is the swimming pool at any time (until 21-00). As for the treatment, I am surprised by the clarity and order in which all procedures are performed, combined with an individual approach to each patient. It seems like they were waiting for you. My husband and I came to Pyshtyany for the first time, although we have already been to balneological resorts in other countries. I really liked EVERYTHING. We heard reviews from other people about the resorts, and people spoke excellently about the medical base in Slovakia. We concluded that we no longer reserve 14 days, because... for high-quality treatment and recovery you need at least 18 days. The treatment staff performs the procedures very carefully, dynamically and professionally. We can say the organization is at a high level. Very clean, spacious in the halls and welcoming. All days we enjoyed the combination of quality treatment and relaxation. Excellent fitness equipment, swam in the outdoor pool under the stars, water temperature +34, walked a lot along the picturesque trails in the surrounding area. We felt constant care from our escort Veronica. The excursions were simply wonderful and educational. The food was completely satisfying. We ordered fish dishes almost every day. And even later they refrained from many temptations for their own benefit. Only positive emotions throughout the entire vacation in Pyshtyany and GRATITUDE to EVERYTHING that contributed to this. Now I liked it even more, despite the fact that I was very unlucky with the weather - it was raining continuously. Of course, the quality of the procedures depends on who performs them, but everyone tries. I would especially like to note the quality of the dry hydrocarbon bath, electrotherapy, parafango, mud envelope and massage. I really liked the geyser baths. On the negative side, the hotel maids are somewhat sluggish. During the entire stay, the bed linen was NEVER changed (it was 12 nights). Last time (in the spring) the picture was the same - I had to ask the maid myself. She was then very surprised and made excuses that this was not her floor. I also had to justify myself. I thought it was an accident, but now I feel like it’s a pattern. The food is a little monotonous. It would be possible to somehow diversify at least fruits and vegetables in the fall. One more thing - somehow they could organize leisure time. And the excursions that are offered at the stands are only single, and this is expensive. There are no groups at all. Although, I think, on Sunday, when there is no treatment, groups would gather, for example, in Vienna.

Out of 48 procedures, only 4 mud wraps, 4 mineral baths, 4 classical massages, but 8 jet skis, 7 laser, 6 Interferential currents on the back were prescribed (undesirable, because I have been operated on repeatedly for cysts in the mammary glands) To get to doctor and changed the procedures at the clinic reception, they canceled the follow-up examination next week. The attending physician did not change the situation. I asked to change the doctor, she also left 4 main treatments, but replaced 4 jetskis with mud treatments for the hands, although my main problem is the knee joints. I asked for lymphatic drainage, they said that this procedure only comes with an extra charge. They did tests and a cardiogram only after my request.
