We were rebooked in Esplanade because of Corona. We really liked the hotel. Food was very varied and very plentiful. We also liked that vegetarian and vegan dishes were also on offer. The treatments and medical care exceeded our expectations. The entire staff is very friendly and competent.
Everything was perfectly organized, including transfer, accommodation, treatment and food. We are very grateful to our doctor Natalya Kovchar, to whom we have been assigned for the second year in a row. The food was very good. Thanks to the cooks and waiters, I especially want to mention Miriam (Vienna) for her sincere attitude towards people. Mobility problems did not allow us to take advantage of the excursions this year, but the representative of sanatoriums.com Veronica Kluchowska was always in touch and immediately answered all questions in good faith, and also organized an excellent transfer for us. We had problems with the Internet in our room for a couple of days, but after contacting Guest Relationship, everything immediately improved. The very organized and responsible manager of this service personally checked everything and also helped us quickly solve other organizational problems. When checking out, I waited almost 30 minutes to pay. The massage was very bad, especially for my wife. Once only the first massage was normal. There is no separate dietary menu for people with diabetes. The smell is unpleasant in the closets in the room. The rooms are not cleaned well enough. Under the bed there was trash and a cigarette from previous guests lying there all the time.

Room service, in my opinion, is not well organized. The bed linen is torn. They changed the linen upon persistent request after a week of staying at the hotel. The robe was not changed for 2 weeks. Trying to change towels every day has no logical basis, because... Every day the client takes water treatments and practically does not use them (towels) in the room. Meals made to order generally do not raise any questions, but the portions (second course) are very large.
As always, wonderful treatment, friendly staff. Normal, varied diet. This year the restaurant added good coffee for breakfast.

As always, terrible cleaning. We checked into a room where you could paint pictures on the furniture. The plumbing is antediluvian, the toilets smell bad. FOOD QUALITY: I thank all the employees of the VIENNA restaurant for the high-quality, varied, very tasty, healthy food. Thanks to all the chefs who cooked delicious food for us. And a special thank you for your attention, caring and kind attitude to the restaurant waiters: Miriam and Maria. STAFF WORK: all the staff of the Balnea Splendid Grand Sanatorium are attentive, respectful, caring. My doctor Nadya is a doctor with a capital D, she is very attentive, she is ready to help if the procedure does not give results.
