1. In the sanatorium where heart patients are treated, the rooms are not air-conditioned. Some rooms (we were in July) are simply impossible to live in. 2. The corridors from the room to the elevator, some 10 meters, are difficult to overcome due to the stuffiness. 3. The elevator is stuffy. It’s scary to imagine if the elevator gets stuck for 5 minutes. You could suffocate in this metal box. 4. The food was plentiful, but everything was so salty that for the first days we couldn’t eat anything. And this despite the fact that a salt-free diet is recommended for hypertensive patients. 5. There is only one doctor, and getting to him during your stay is not easy. A visit to the doctor for possible adjustments to the treatment prescribed at the beginning is not planned.

Previously, hotel guests expressed a wish to expand the number of television channels in Russian and the hotel administration took this into account - currently there are sufficient channels in Russian. Hotel "Felicitas" is perhaps the best of the 4 presented on the site.

Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. And also, when making a reservation, I wrote a letter to the hotel manager asking that I be placed in a room that was not on the noisy side and that there would be no trash under the windows. Upon arrival, this is exactly the room I received; there was a garbage dump under the windows. The manager couldn’t answer my question and didn’t move me anywhere. I think this is not a good attitude towards the client.

As for diseases of the musculoskeletal system, these procedures are performed formally, underwater massage cannot be called any massage at all, thin, rare streams of water are applied to warm water, there are no sensations, you just lie in warm water, mud packs are a thermal procedure, when you apply the bag in They wrap you up in Karlovy Vary, but here they just cover you with a thin sheet. The Diadynamic procedure, you don’t have time to fit in and it’s already over. Gas injections are not at all like what they do in Karlovy Vary, in any sanatorium. Expectations were not met. Before visiting this sanatorium, we vacationed in Karlovy Vary at the Richmond sanatorium for five years in a row. The process of carrying out the procedures leaves much to be desired and does not correspond to a 4-star sanatorium. The food is not bad, but there is not enough fruit and drinks, except for the beer and wine offered by the waiters.

Although this is a spa hotel, it positions itself as a sanatorium. Therefore, it is incomprehensible that there are no drinks (juices, water, kefir, etc.) during lunch and dinner with paid three meals a day; they must be purchased at the bar. In rooms facing the street it is a bit noisy: loud conversations of tipsy locals - there is a beer garden nearby, garbage loading at 7 am.

My wife and I vacationed in Felicitas at the end of September. I am a sanatorium specialist, my wife has problems with the musculoskeletal system. Therefore, our impressions are expectedly different. I am completely satisfied with the quality of treatment for cardiovascular problems (in particular angina). I was prescribed only 4 types of procedures, therefore, I think I received a full course of each type of targeted prescription. Previously, we vacationed in Marianske Lazne several times in different sanatoriums; the quality of carbon dioxide baths and gas injections in Poděbrady (Felicitas) is incomparably higher. Eating in the restaurant made me very tense: for two weeks the dishes were practically not repeated, for dinner there were 6 types of fresh salads, fish appetizers, delicious always fresh pastries, fruits, the chef was an inventive virtuoso. Every day there was oatmeal porridge, which probably no one except my wife and I ate, but it was porridge all the same. City: a small pleasant city, it does not look like a resort, since the proportion of local residents is very large and there are a lot of young people and dogs, because of this the city is lively and colorful.Negatives
My wife’s appointments were mainly related to the treatment of arthrosis; here, the sanatoriums of Marianske Lazne, which have mud treatments, were more suitable for her. We were ready for this, so no complaints. Free time: there are very few Russian vacationers at the resort, so all excursions in the city are conducted by one guide (Natasha), a very positive, attentive person, but the cost of excursions due to the small number (which in itself is good) is much higher than in Marianske Lazne. But this is no longer a problem for the sanatorium.

A beautiful park with a fountain and colonnade with historical photographs. The food is pretty decent. Treatment - it is not clear on what principle the doctor makes prescriptions. I liked the procedures themselves and the quality of their implementation. The staff of the balneotherapy clinic is wonderful, responsive and friendly. Good massage therapists.
