Dining room at rest stop level, operating staff is not very professional, food selection is narrow, more quantity rather than class. Hardly anyone seems to understand German or English, and registering at the reception was problematic. No multilingual information material about the hotel and the surrounding area (possibly Russian), although there are many German guests (a lot of people who have moved here from Russia).

For 1-2 weeks they did not change the bed linen and the towels for a week, and only I myself came to the reception on Sunday and expressed my complaints - then they changed it for the 3rd week with clean linen! The cleaning is poor - the dust is not wiped off and the vacuum cleaner rarely works! The furniture was old, room 234, the cabinet was impossible to open and close - you could break not only your fingers but also your arms! The staff - why is it bad - rudeness on the part of the staff - a complaint was written about the bottling of mineral water and in the physio department they grinned and were rude to our remark - they worked without a mask and invited to the procedure also without a mask, explaining that the doctor had already announced that it was possible to work without masks - but the doctor For 2 days in a row in the dining room she announced that masks must be strictly worn in the room and during procedures! The Government of the Republic has not yet allowed walking around without masks - and in sanatoriums, even more so, you must strictly observe the mask regime - this is a crime and how can this happen in a health institution! ? And in general, the physio department is dishonest about its responsibilities - after the end of the bell, they forget to release the patient from the equipment because the work of the equipment has ended - and there is no one to look after - the girls in their room are either eating or rummaging through their phones - otherwise they are chatting - no one is watching the patients! A complete disgrace! Food will do! Monotonous but fresh! I would like to note that they take people out of the dining room in plates - it’s not clear why this is allowed - people have eaten and take them out in plates - and no one reacts to this! Are they not getting enough? Without masks they are near the circle with food - no one makes any comments to them! Just amazing - they want a new pandemic? Why should other people suffer from such disregard for the rules in the sanatorium? Will anyone answer for this? Lazy employees in the individual gymnastics department! They don’t keep time and don’t explain anything about how to do it, etc. Not everyone knows Polish - and they barely speak German and even more so Russian! Sad review, but honest! The season has just begun and there is time to eliminate the shortcomings!

Provided that it is written that the reception is open 24 hours a day, there was a problem leaving the hotel, upon arrival they charged paid parking, they took a deposit from us for the remote control for the barrier, and when leaving at 6:00 in the morning we were told that the ticket office was not working and the money could only be returned to us after 8 :00, and on the website it also says that the staff speaks 4 languages, pol, germany, eng, rus, well, ok, Russian, but they don’t even speak English, in general, the reception is a complete minus--------

Breakfasts and dinners are monotonous, juices are heavily diluted with water, there are no baked goods for tea, salads are monotonous and almost all are dressed with mayonnaise.

We were very pleased with our arrival at the spa hotel. Very nice young man at the reception. Everything was explained, shown in the plan of the spa hotel where it is. Comfortable beds, girls every day takes care of the cleanliness of the room. Responsive staff in the procedures. Good planning for the procedures in the morning. In the afternoon you can walk and enjoy the park and the view of the mountains. There is a place to drink delicious coffee or tea. And you can't talk about dancing with live music in the evening.
