Good day to all! What can I say? Yes, I liked the sanatorium itself (it should be said here, however, that it was my first time at the sanatorium, and not just on vacation). The room (147, on the second floor) was clean and comfortable, the plumbing worked properly, the windows opened and closed, thanks to double-glazed windows and solid walls, the room was quiet and the sleep was good, they came to clean it regularly - I liked everything here. The staff is also polite and positive. Many even understand Russian. I have no complaints about the food - everything was fresh and tasty. There was always a choice of dishes. Yes, indeed, before the trip I read a fair amount of negativity in the comments about the food at the hotel, but personally I was satisfied with the food (I don’t know, either the hotel management took some measures on this issue, or these comments are simply written by overly spoiled guests - I can’t imagine judge) . What can be said about the disadvantages?.. Well, first of all: payment via the Internet. For those who are far from this, this is somewhat problematic and inconvenient. It would be wise to consider other options here. Secondly: it should still be admitted that the water in the pool really smells of chlorine. Of course I understand; disinfection, coronavirus, etc., but after visiting the pool, even taking a shower will not save you from the smell of chlorine on your body. Of course, I would like to believe that visiting the pool was beneficial for me... Thirdly: the appointment of procedures. For some reason they are sold in packages (I found out about this before leaving Beethoven) and are not prescribed on the spot by a doctor who, in fact, certainly knows better how and how much to treat the patient. But how can I, an amateur, know in advance how many of these procedures I need? Yes, the doctor examined and listened to me carefully and obviously with knowledge of the matter. But did I have enough of these procedures? To be honest, after visiting the sanatorium, my rheumatoid arthritis (for which I came to Beethoven) didn’t really go anywhere - yes, my fingers hurt less, but the pain remained. And fourthly: massage. Anyone who has been to Thailand or Vietnam will understand me. There is no such massage in Beethoven to feel every bone. There is not even a similarity (taking into account the fact that before the massage you are also steamed for half an hour in a warm bath as a separate procedure). So listen to good advice - if you are suddenly prescribed a massage, it is better to ask to change it to another procedure that can bring you real benefits. That's probably all. В бассейне используется термальная минеральная вода прямо из източника, ее температура при поступлении из источника в бассейн 40 градусов. Микробиология воды в бассейне соответсвует самым требовательным гигиеническим нормам. По закону номер 238/2011 Сб. мы проводим периодические анализы один раз за две недели, все анализы в абсолютном порядке их можно посмотреть у директора санатория. Состав свободного хлора находится в норме и в соответствии с действующим законом: Бассейн 1 0,7 -1,0 mg/l Бассейн 2 0,5-0,8 mg/l Охладительный бассейн 0,3-0,6 mg/l Колличество хлора не может быть ниже этого лимита и концентрацию понизить не возможно. Связанный хлор в соответствии с действующим законодательством держится под лимитом 0,3 mg/l. Термалиум начало работать в конце 2018 года. Были использованы самые современные технологии. Compared to my previous stay at the sanatorium, a lot has changed and not for the better. Even the atmosphere in the sanatorium is not friendly, the clients are only Czechs, often aggressive and angry. There was a conflict in the restaurant during dinner, our seats were taken because one couple wanted to sit at the table with another couple, we were left without a seat, we spent a long time looking for another free table, the mood was ruined. Also, regarding the pool, if earlier access to the pool was unlimited, now it is limited to 1 hour, entrance is via an electronic board, exit is the same. This is used by workers at the entrance. First they deceived me, they said that I was 1.5 minutes late getting out and now had to pay 50 CZK, then they also deceived my husband. Moreover, my husband has never been in the pool for more than 20 minutes. You can’t prove anything, they point at the computer, they don’t speak either Russian or English. On the first day of arrival, we were given a card to visit the pool in the evening, the worker at the entrance to the pool also did not explain anything and charged us 200 CZK for 30 minutes of staying in the pool. The nurses who perform the procedures are mostly friendly. One girl in office No. 2, for some unknown reason, was in a very aggressive mood, silently threw the thermal bag on her back, she threw it, not put it down, then she also silently took it off and left, it was very unpleasant, and she let all the Czechs go ahead, I was the only Russian, I I went last. It seems that I came to her house without an invitation and asked her to do something for me for free. It should be noted that during the entire 2 weeks of our stay in the sanatorium, a completely friendly nurse worked in room No. 2, this aggressive one was only on 08/21/20 for the last thermotherapy procedure. I would also like to note that we ordered a comfort room, we were given a completely different room, which has nothing to do with the comfort series. Cleaning in the room was carried out only in the bathroom and consisted of replacing towels and throwing out garbage, with the exception of 1 time when the bed was changed, and this was for 2 weeks of stay. I don’t think that we will ever return to this sanatorium, and I will not recommend it to my friends and acquaintances either in Russia or in FranceNegatives

I was pleasantly surprised by the provision of free passes to a symphony orchestra concert at a local cultural center. It was unforgettable. We had booked 3 nights at the Beethoven because of the thermal baths. Unfortunately, we could only book with half board (€294 for 2 people). You couldn't be at all satisfied with the dinner (except the salad buffet). Most of the time it was only half warm and, for example, the Pastries not baked through. If half of them are not edible, there is no reaction from the staff. Although the assigned, relatively small table was expressly only for the two of us, two other guests were seated there without asking. We also find it negative that as a hotel guest you have to pay just as much for the thermal bath as the guests from the street. The coal gases around the object were also very unpleasant. The new healing pool was disappointing. With its opening, the sanatorium became uncomfortable due to the constant (from 1 pm to 9 pm) circulation of visitors from the city (not vacationers). Everyone walks around the first residential floor in street clothes and shoes, and they also wear the same to the swimming pool changing room. Due to the strictly regulated time of stay, people jump out into the corridor of the sanatorium, wet and even in swimsuits. They dress right there on the chairs opposite the rooms. Then they walk around the sanatorium in search of a toilet, also so as not to waste time in the pool room. They talk loudly and this is all until 21.30. Since these are “random visitors,” they are careless about equipment and order. And the most unpleasant thing is that children from 3 years old are allowed into the therapeutic pool. Girls and girls with long flowing hair are constantly diving, playing and jumping. Noise, screams like in a water park. You will receive more or less high-quality treatment if, before going to the sanatorium, you study the list of procedures and determine in advance with your doctor what you need. At a meeting with a sanatorium doctor, the approach is formal, say your knee hurts - get procedures on your knee and no one will understand the causes of your pain, watch and study your examinations done at home. In my case, the doctor was English-speaking and all Russian people who did not know English communicated with him on their fingers. The doctor was unable to look at the disks with my examinations, citing his computer as unsuitable for this task. The staff during the procedures is not very helpful, speaks little Russian or does not speak Russian at all. The issue of nutrition remains at the same level as for 4 years. Due to the increase in the number of visitors to the pool from Teplice, they have a problem maintaining the microbiology of the water. They solve it the Soviet way, by increasing the hypochlorite in the water. There is a clear excess, which affects the reviews of visitors who have an allergic reaction to chlorine. Probably, it is not additionally taken into account that at temperatures above 35 degrees. Hypochlorous acid, in the presence of an alkaline medium, increases decomposition, releasing 2 chlorine atoms. He goes into the air. In addition, the air pressure in the thermalium is higher than in a residential corridor. Chlorine enters residential premises, which are also disinfected with chlorine-containing preparations. Chlorine has an irritating and suffocating effect, affecting mucous membranes and eyes. I met with the Chief Physician on this topic. They noted that the water samples were normal. The presence of gas sampling from the air for chlorine analysis remained unknown. The next day there was no smell of chlorine, the next day everything returned to its original state. There is no visual information about the water temperature in the pool. She is changing. Perhaps the negativity was formed due to engineering miscalculations during construction. I don’t want to look for the answer in the economic component. I really want to continue visiting the sanatorium to improve my health. Problems with disinfection and ventilation can be eliminated.
