We had a wonderful stay at the Humbolt Hotel for 22 days. Excellent staff, including the manager. Any issue was resolved quickly and with special attention. We are relaxing at the Humboldt Park Hotel & spa. Everything suits us here. From the first minute of our stay at the hotel we feel at home. At the reception we were warmly greeted by dear Irina. Our wishes for accommodation were taken into account as much as possible. There are qualified staff at the reception 24 hours a day, who you can always turn to for help. The hotel manager does everything possible to make guests feel comfortable. The procedures are prescribed by a highly qualified doctor, and the entire team of medical personnel, led by elder sister Alena, works clearly, harmoniously and competently. I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. The food is always prepared from fresh, quality ingredients. Undoubtedly, the food is prepared by masters of their craft. The waiters do their job very quickly and unobtrusively, finding a kind word for every visitor. The maids also do a great job. Overall we feel surrounded by care and attention. Добрый день, огромное спасибо за столь приятную оценку. Естетственно постараемся, чтобы разнобразие блюд было по-больше к этому и стремимся. Что касается чайников, то у нас к сожалению а может и слава богу очень чувствительная пожарная сигнализация, было несколько случаев, когда включали чайник, уходили в душ или уснули, чайники накалились и сработала сирена. Не никаки проблем, если служба на рецепшн Вам сделает ароматный чай, подходите в любое время суток, мы для Вас.

I would especially like to thank the staff of the Humboldt sanatorium and personally the administrator Tomasz K. They managed to create an atmosphere of family vacation, were attentive to each of the vacationers, any personal questions were answered and given advice. In such a difficult time associated with the Covid19 pandemic, the work of the sanatorium was organized at a high level of safety, we returned home healthy (as shown by the test results). К сауне.. так, как она, бассейн и джакузи расположенны под крышей, их технология находится на один этаж ниже, где уже есть и номера. Когда весь Wellness запуштен, технология работает на полную ставку и она шумит.. не много, но шумит.. и может безпокоит наших клиентов, которые живут на 5. этаже.. по этому мы решили установить правило, что весь Wellness работает только до 20 часов вечера.. Сегодня я разговоривал со всеми своими и клиентами и сотрудниками в отделе лечения и никаких жалоб не было. Одновременно проверяю качество уборки. После вирусной перемены мы должны были все опять наладить так, что бы могли открыть. В том числе персонал, поставщики и.т.д. Я нахожусь на месте почти весь день и питаюсь все время всем моим клиентам задавать вопроси связанные с их проживанием и понятием качства услуг.. Всегда и визде, где работают люди, могут быть ошибки. I am very pleased! I had a magnificent room with a balcony and a view of the river, cozy and clean. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is very polite and friendly. I really liked Dr. Helena, she listened to me carefully and prescribed procedures, taking into account my wishes and based on her experience. Physiotherapists are always friendly and do quality work. The restaurant is very cozy and beautiful. The assortment of dishes always includes 2 or even 3 meat dishes, there is always fish, salads, chopped vegetables, and also fruits. Drinks: in the morning - coffee, tea, water and juices; water for lunch and tea for dinner. Fresh baked goods are always available. Alcoholic drinks can be ordered at the bar for a fee. I would especially like to mention the hotel chef. A very friendly and friendly person, he tries to find an approach to each of the vacationers, and this is sometimes not easy. Мы бы рады ее предоставляли бесплатно но мы должны ее содерживать и иногда и несколько раз в день перепарковать машины.. Мы питаемся найди решение и место парковки для всех наших клиентов но не всегда получается. Актуально почти все наши клиенты приезжают на машинах и всегда лучше обеспечить себе место парковки заранее. I liked absolutely everything! The hotel is located in the city center, everything is nearby. The hotel staff speaks Russian and is very friendly and attentive. Check-in was quick, the food was delicious, everything was clean and tidy. The hotel has an excellent relaxation area with a swimming pool and two saunas. The treatment is excellent, the medical staff is very professional. We booked excursions through the Sanatoriums company. All excursions were well planned and interesting, the guides and drivers did a great job. Special thanks to the guides Elena and Valentina, as well as the hotel manager Tomas. Мы были должны отель снова привести в порядок, что бы могли отвечать за уровень наших услуг и смотреть клиентам прямо в глаза.. Я нахожусь ежедневно на месте и я радуюсь, что у всех наших клиентов высокое минение и в главном удовлетворение. Это для нас самый главный момент в нашей новой истории. Я рад, что Вы в порядке вернулись и надеюсь, что мы скоро опять встретимся в нашем отеле. Тостер мы пока не ставим обратно, потому что один раз клиент забыл тост в тостере и мы чуть не сгорели.. :- Кофе машина стоит в кухни и мы выносим только кофе в специальном апарате. Это кофе поставщиком специально сделанно для завтраков. Мяхгкое и удобное для утра. Что касается двухместного номера ЕКОНОМ, Вы правы в том, что в этих номерах кравать размера 140 x 200 cm. Эта информация находится на наших страничках Интернета, мы ее нескрываем, на оборот... У нас несколько других категории двухместных номеров, так как напримерь Комфорт или Люкс, кде уже кравати размеров 180 x 200 cm. Они актуально с не большой разницей в цене. Literally a week before moving in, we received a letter that the saunas would be closed during our stay, that is, just before the fact, they say that if you are not satisfied with this problem, then you can cancel your visit, but we paid in advance, the rules indicated that the amount is non-refundable , but I was waiting for at least a change of room, a discount, as an apology, shouldn’t I change my treatment plans because of the lack of spa relaxation? Then the pool itself was closed, and then we were completely in the quarantine zone! But that is another story! Guys, don’t confront people with a fact, I think the renovation of the spa area cannot be solved in a week... Наша компания его арендует и не все мы имеем возможность сами решать. Реконструкцию сауны мы хотели делать уже давно но по договору с учредителями здания мы были рады, что согласовали на начала марта месяца.
