These are most likely not cons, but recommendations! The Pawlik-Aquaforum sanatorium is not bad overall. Very poor cleaning in the rooms, they just make the bed and take out the trash, the dust is not wiped off at all, the bed linen was changed 4 days before our departure, although we were there for 14 days. The cleaning staff are very annoying, there was even a case when they did not have time to do the cleaning in the morning and started cleaning the rooms by lunchtime, I was in the shower, they just came in, did something and left. In general, the staff is visible and very audible, it feels as if we are superfluous there. As for the food, it was tasty, but very monotonous; for the second week I didn’t want anything. Drinks are extra, although you pay full board. Just water and that's it. Also, in addition to the resort fee, upon check-out the hotel will charge you a fee for the cultural program, even if you do not attend it. If you want to warm up in the sauna, please also pay. The staff at the hospital can be rude, you’re afraid to be late or come early and step in the wrong direction, maybe words will fly in) It was also surprising that the room turned out to be much smaller in size than in the video. In fact, we simply overpaid for having a balcony, which is not needed at all in winter.

There are fewer procedures than in previous years. I had to pay for the missing procedures. Disappointed with the rental of bicycles. Expensive bicycles stand in the open, with rusty chains, it became impossible to ride them. The quality and variety of dishes has deteriorated. Everything has become expensive.

Everything is really great! The number of possible procedures and the technical level of the equipment are very high. The medical buildings are located separately from the residential buildings, but are connected by underground passages, so the journey to the procedures takes no more than 5 minutes. Our rooms are very spacious, clean, without any technical problems. The cuisine is generally 6 stars: despite the dietary requirements, the dishes are varied and very tasty. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Not everyone speaks Russian well, but everyone tries. Well, if you know German, there are no problems at all. There are parks everywhere around the sanatorium. .Almost all sources are nearby. For people like us, who took half board, the resort center with a dozen restaurants and cafes (by German standards, inexpensive and with very tasty food) is a 5-minute walk away.Negatives
Disadvantages, as often happens, are a continuation of advantages. With such a “lump sum” number of procedures, it is difficult to understand which of them really helped with specific problems (and in our case, the improvement in health was significant). In addition, their distribution was uneven across days. Among the disadvantages beyond Pawlik's control: transport links with other cities are not very developed. If we didn't have a car, we would feel cut off from the outside world.

When you ask something in Russian, they look at you like you’re a scarecrow. They don’t know English. The main language is German, and at least burst. The drain in the shower stall is clogged, you take a shower in knee-deep water, / they asked twice, they finally came when we were taking a shower and didn’t show up again / I think that’s enough......
