Purity. Polite and friendly staff. Very good mineral carbon dioxide baths (my favorite procedure), mud therapy is excellent. I liked the relaxation area near the outdoor pools. Delicious desserts in the restaurant. The resort itself is small and quiet. After a week it was already boring :)Negatives
I was unpleasantly surprised by the lack of saunas and baths in the spa complex. One single paid sauna - entrance from the street. The water in the indoor pool is overly chlorinated. Meager and monotonous breakfasts. I got tired of scrambled eggs and sausages for breakfast after 12 days. I saw a gynecologist on the 5th day((As a result, I only had 2 gynecological procedures. And I arrived for 12 days.((Other than that, everything is fine! I recommend this sanatorium!

Quiet, centrally located. In Aqua Forum was very nice. But the sauna is small...only works until 7 p.m. and unfortunately at an additional cost. Treatment in Kaiserstadt was good, hardly any waiting time...well organized and nice staff. The staff at the spa clinic were also nice and helpful.Negatives
Too expensive for what they offer. Standard room was very, very small and dark...for this reason we took a superior double room for an additional charge. Pillow was very bad. Food in the evening was also bad (it was uncooked...just not well cooked). Unfortunately, the staff at the reception wasn't well prepared either. There were only two ladies who spoke German. The other ladies didn't speak any German or English. It took me 30 minutes to check out. They claimed that the stay was not paid for...even though I paid everything at the beginning of the stay.

Rooms in house A should be cleaned up. Tripping hazards (elevations) in the entrance area and in front of the bathroom door. Very old windows and the balcony no longer looks trustworthy. Bathroom door has had better days.

If it is spa hotel I expected to get not only the treatment but also the pleasure from the stay in the hotel. And it was strange that I could not additionally buy the procedures, which did not need doctor’s prescription, without the additional visit to the doctor.

Since we were unable to carry out the treatment, we cannot answer any of your questions. Due to an incorrect booking or incorrect processing of my booking, we had to book ourselves into the hotel. Since the medical team diagnosed my husband with acne and refused the spa treatments, advising us to go home and see a doctor immediately, we followed the advice and left the hotel. My husband was in the hospital for about 14 days. There was no credit, which in our opinion is not enough of an advantage for a renowned hotel

Doctor Urbanova is just a miguera. A patient with a 90% limitation was not prescribed the necessary treatment even upon request. At the Reception it is a disaster, the disregard for everyone who is not Czech. And be careful, otherwise when you rent out your room they will charge you “additional” services that you did not use.
