In contrast to many other establishments, all meals are offered as a buffet of very good quality for the Czech Republic: in the morning everything that is usual such as eggs in different shapes, sausages, pancakes, various baked goods, a selection of cheese, cold cuts and jams, muesli components, various types of tea . A changing salad bar for lunch and dinner (at least 4 ready-made salads, plus various “build-your-own” components), cold and warm sections, fruit and small patisserie. Since it is a spa facility, the food is cooked with little spice and hardly any refinement, but always fresh. There are many different treatments of very good quality that you can also book on site. After the initial examination, you will receive your therapy plan with times and locations. You go to their stations yourself. The system is well organized and you can plan excursions if necessary. Františkovy Lázně is small if you are looking for peace and quiet (the entire spa district is traffic-free and nightlife is virtually non-existent) with classical culture (afternoon spa concerts, performances in the theater and various hotels, dancing twice a week in the "Pawlik") in beautiful surroundings (well-maintained parks). , is exactly right there. The almost arrogant manner of the staff in the restaurant, who only partially and poorly speak German, is very unpleasant: the service is limited to the constant clearing of the tables. For example, the GUEST has to contact the staff with drink requests for a fee (!!), even though the menu is on the table. It happened to me that my (repeated) order was still not fulfilled. Unfortunately, I had similar experiences with the staff at the spa clinic, although the departments are very different. Overall, I really enjoyed and enjoyed the applications. We initially went into such a room and during the 2 weeks of our stay no one washed it. I’ve never seen anything like this before... They didn’t complain because the cleaning ladies there were very poor, I felt sorry for them. But management should check from time to time. In general, the hotel is so-so, nothing special. Some reviews wrote that it was boring, there were a lot of pensioners... so this is a sanatorium where people go to improve their health. The hotel offers excursions and evening activities. We visited in January, so not all areas of the water park were open. The deluxe room was completely satisfactory, large, cozy and quiet. I liked both the treatment and the food. Hotel guests can swim in the pool (Aquaforum) from morning to evening without any time restrictions. Aquaforum is connected to Cesarske Lazne by an underground passage, which is very convenient, because... there are carbon dioxide baths, mud baths and wraps and massage rooms. Everything is clean, no queues. Before this we had been to other Czech resorts, but we liked it better here and want to come again. In general, German order is everywhere. The cooks are great, the food is very tasty, dangerous for your figure (ice cream on Saturdays, hot chocolate, fruit every day, whipped cream). Several girls speak broken Russian. - Regarding the doctor: I came with a specific diagnosis and a specific referral for specific treatment from my doctor, who knows me well and knows what I need and what I don’t. It was very unpleasant that the local doctor, who saw me for 5 minutes in a rather unkind tone, wanted to challenge my procedures and introduce them at her own discretion, for example, filling me with cheap and unnecessary procedures such as paraffin, etc. Then, when I kindly and calmly, but insisted on what I needed, she snapped with an evil grin that nothing would help me, and by the way, mineral water even more so, with a smile, convincing me that I would only have diarrhea. (By the way, there was no diarrhea even from the strongest sources). In general, given my diagnosis, it was very unpleasant and ruined my stay on the first day. - the bed is changed once a week and you have to ask for it. - in the bathroom there is ingrained mold in places near the shower, which could be washed off with some effort. - initially, despite the “comfort” room I paid for, I was accommodated in a 2x2 room that was completely different from the one in the picture that I bought. I had to say, they moved me to another, larger one above the utility room where they smoke and shout around the clock, and then the excavators started working, loosening the asphalt...
