And also - on your website it is stated that in the room we booked there is a bidet and a coffee machine (kettle), in fact there is none. Currently, there seems to be room for optimization, particularly in the initial steps of patient processing. One potential improvement is allowing medical forms to be completed and submitted in advance. This would give nurses sufficient time to process the information efficiently and schedule doctor appointments more effectively. For example, although we arrived on Sunday at 14:00, our scheduled appointment for medical form completion by the nurses was not until 19:00—even after patients who had arrived later, around 17:00. Furthermore, our visit with the doctor was scheduled for Monday at 12:45, meaning we lost an entire day of treatment. I understand that doctors may have a busy schedule, particularly with patients who are leaving the facility on Tuesday, as we were. Everything was negative and an imposition: the dirty room, the room itself was a converted junk room, the majority of the staff (apart from a few exceptions) were unfriendly and rude, hardly spoke any German or no German at all, the treatments were a joke, e.g. massages, which were at best a pampering, the water in the Aquaforum was too cold, from the afternoon onwards all the locals were there, etc. etc. the whole hotel is only geared towards Czech guests, there are only a few Germans there and they are treated like a necessary evil, the whole hotel is stuck in communism and to classify it as 4 stars is a bottomless disgrace. All in all a shabby and filthy building, the hotel is an exaggeration. The car park is occupied by around 76 cars with Czech license plates, there are around 8 German cars. We think that says it all. We will also rate you and the Pavlic in forums and warn interested parties against booking, you might as well throw your money down the drain. This means that the overwhelming majority of guests are sick elderly Czechs, mostly women. There are some Germans, again very elderly, who in turn are also somehow paid for by their Krankenkasse.
