Pawlik is a great hotel! Very good location, everything is under one roof: restaurant, clinic, baths, mud treatment, and large swimming pool. We had renovated room with nice furniture and very comfortable beds. Treatment was well organized and always on time. Mineral spring water source for drinking is in the clinic and Aquaforum swimming pool, and is a big plus. Food in restaurant was very delicious, like home made, lots of choices of appetizers, soup, main dish, fruits and vegetables, deserts, and drinks. Beer (Kozel)and house wine (white and red) was included and served on lunch and dinner. Our doctor Anna Godocikova was great and really helpful! We are grateful to Hotel manager Martin Cabal to solve minor problems. Special thanks to Mai Chi Phamova at the front desk in the clinic who can speak fluent English and was extremely helpful with translation and communication with the non-English speaking staff! Overall we are very satisfied with service and treatment despite several minor problems and will definitely come again!

1. Personnel speaks mostly Czech and German, some speak Russian, however very few speak English. If you want to attract English speaking customers, you need to make sure your staff is fluent in English. 2. Room service needs improvement. Almost every day we had problem with house maids taking dirty towels but forgetting to replace same number of towels. Also they need to provide extra bar of soap (one for sink and one for shower) and extra body wash - not to wait to being asked House maids need to better clean sink and shower. 3. Building B does not have ramp on 2nd floor - for people with walker and wheel chair. My aunt walks with walker, she was taking lift to the 2nd floor of building B, however without a ramp she struggled with taking stairs to get to her room. Front desk should assign room for disabled people on 1st floor where they can access with walker or wheel chair without a problem.

I wanted to sign up for a cryosauna, but I couldn’t, since it’s only at 9 a.m. and that’s it. Since I had procedures that could not be moved, I did not go to the cryosauna at all. I couldn’t purchase an underwater shower-massage, since this is the “main procedure” and cannot be combined with others. If it weren’t for an Asian-looking girl, I wouldn’t have been able to rest, since I always had to find out something - information that should have been given right away on the first day. This girl was the only one who spoke English and could answer all the questions in a friendly and understandable manner. All questions and misunderstandings were resolved thanks to her. -I don’t recommend taking a massage in a package, as it’s more like stroking.
