Monotonous cold appetizers in the restaurant!! In my opinion, the fish is not very tasty!! Although meat can sometimes be very tasty!! Some dishes are disastrously tasteless!! But the soups, especially with champignons, are simply great!!!! The table setting in the restaurant is amazing!!! Spoons, forks, knives!!! Where can you get these these days!! It was even unpleasant to pick it up, we had to ask for a replacement:((this is not a motel on the side of the road:((It is clear that this is not the main thing in our vacation!! But the most important thing is a complete diagnosis. Thanks to the attending physician Vladimir Vurm, who noticed a suspicious mole on my back, thanks to the dermatologist Tomas Pospisil from Asklepion, who diagnosed Melanoma, explained all the risks and guided me on the necessary actions. Immediately after arrival, an operation was performed, the diagnosis was confirmed, the tumor was malignant, but... thank God, first degree. The very beginning. Well treated. I didn’t really like the organization of the New Year’s Eve. Boring. In my opinion, the staff has no practice in organizing such events. We started early. Moscow time, the New Year was celebrated and the guests began to leave. A modest feast and boring entertainment program. My family and I regretted going to this event.

The rooms are not even 3 star, not just 4 star. The detergents you can't shake out of the bottle are of very poor quality, and there is no hair conditioner. The plumbing is simply destroyed, the taps are difficult to open, the sink is all cracked (No. 2302), the furniture is chipped, slippers are issued for the entire stay and are simply in a ruined state by the end of the stay. The only good thing is that the bed linen is changed twice a week and is in excellent condition. We have been to this sanatorium three times, but the aftertaste from the accommodation is such that this is probably the last time. We will consider other sanatoriums. The resort town itself is also not sparkling with cleanliness. There is a lot of garbage in the center, the asphalt needs repair, and a lot of things need repairs. Something to think about

The staff - cleaning the rooms - well, they communicate so loudly in the corridor in the morning, almost screaming, knocking/rattle... Regarding the distribution of procedures - I had ALL different massage therapists!!!! I had to convince that there should be ONE massage therapist for all sessions. And regarding gas injections - they planned a massage AFTER... and what is the point of these injections??? Everything had to be monitored and rewritten... And the attending physician in the discharge document (which is given to everyone at the reception upon departure) wrote in my description that when I move, I limp on one leg...??????? that neither I nor any of my friends and strangers noticed me... and laughter... and sin...))) It’s definitely bad that people who do not live in this sanatorium can enter the territory (although all the doors are locked, but you can go into the room if you want!), and once I even saw a family walking with an infant on a bench...

Excellent location, very good service from all the staff: from doctors, medical staff performing procedures to reception and staff cleaning the rooms, it was always clean, bed linen and towels were regularly changed!! 1 VERY good medical facility!!! An excellent gardener in the garden (a man who is older): if the award for the best employee of the Bristol Group was awarded, I would boldly give the main prize to him, such a positive, polite, friendly and always smiling person! The holiday was spoiled by noise due to the renovation of buildings opposite our hotel, although it was a pleasure to observe the coordination of work during the renovation. 1. There is a cold radiator in the bathroom - it’s cool after a shower. 2. In Bristol, there is a restaurant on the fifth floor, why doesn’t it work, it’s a bit cramped for everyone in one place, the tables are not designed for 4 people and are right next to each other, sometimes it’s impossible to get around your neighbors sitting without disturbing them. But, nevertheless, I would not call this a disadvantage.
