1. Every day at 5 o’clock in the morning we woke up from the loud sound of water. On the -1st floor there are baths and, obviously, some tanks are being filled at this time. Moreover, this is repeated every morning at the same time. 2. One day there was a loud noise from the radiator in the toilet. It is impossible to close the battery, the staff could not do anything about it, they say that the gaskets need to be changed. I had to leave it on all the time. 3. The building has very poor sound insulation, the plumbing is noisy, it all resembles a Soviet-era dormitory. 4. Free Internet is slow, constant glitches. We bought a coupon for 7 days for “fast” Internet, the speed practically did not increase, we constantly have to enter a password, and there are glitches. Coupon is valid for one device only. If you are already taking money, then ensure stable and fast Internet! 5. Upon check-out, the reception desk stated that there was an order from management regarding mandatory checks of rooms after check-out for clients with Russian passports! We were waiting for permission to leave. They were counting towels and robes. Thank you for not making me open my suitcases and empty my pockets. This is the first time we have encountered such an attitude towards clients.

I chose this hotel because... There is a Nordic walking training service there. I was deeply disappointed with the work of the trainer. An unobligatory frivolous person. As a result, the training did not work out. My wish: change coach.

The food is bad, some problems with the staff! Every day at 5.45 am they started cleaning the restaurant, moving chairs, tables, we lived in Plaza 1106, it was audible as if they were doing it in our room! We contacted the reception and they said this is a canteen and they have no orders! Overall it was fun!

In terms of organizing treatment, this sanatorium is one step ahead of all Karlovy Vary; they really helped with the treatment of not only the gastrointestinal tract, but also the musculoskeletal system! The location is great, just a few meters along Sadovaya to drinking springs.

For some studies it is necessary to take additional funds, but basically all necessary procedures are included in the cost of treatment. The rooms are not very new, but everything is in good condition. The hotel is well located, close to the springs, the center but on a quiet street.

The dining room is bad. The food is okay, the service is like in a station cafe. The tables for four are small, the waiters bring dishes not as they are eaten, but according to their preparedness. Ready to place plates on clients' laps. There were errors with orders.

The building in which we lived was very smoky, the restaurant, corridors and staircases were not very well heated, it was cool to wait for procedures and then return after them. The food in the first week was not very good at all, the next week it was better, very little fish and poultry, I would also like the side dishes to be more varied, there are big questions about salads! And there is too much salt in the food, especially for such a resort! In the second week of your stay, it became necessary to book a sauna 45 minutes to 1 hour in advance! We ordered it, but it was almost always cold! Apparently, we had to order 3 hours in advance, but it would have been better to just work as usual! It’s a pity that all the gates were closed and you can only go through the central entrance!
