1st floor is very low, damp, view of the garden bed, can I plant flowers? noise from the sewer. Guests smoke upstairs, all the smoke goes down, there is no fan, stuffiness. The style is expensive and rich, the medical floor needs renovation. Apparently the staff do not have a place to change clothes, clothes are hanging and personal belongings are lying around. After a rainstorm, I got wet, came back dirty, put my things in the wash, returned them a week later, just in time for departure (((why not announce the deadline? This of course does not concern the hotel, but it was terrible in the restaurant from the *Russian Germans* to listen to the hiss that they were put in the next room table, they don't have enough space.

We flew to Prague from Miami, our flight on August 9 was canceled and we arrived only on August 11 instead of August 10. I reported this immediately from Miami airport. But when I paid for accommodation and parking during check-in, I was not given a discount for one day of accommodation and parking, although this case is force majeure. In addition, there was very heavy rain, and the pavement was washed away near the hotel, in connection with this I had to park the car away from the hotel for 3 days, although I paid half the cost for parking including these 3 days (also force majeure), but I was not offered a refund. In addition, the food in the restaurant at dinner is not very tasty as stated.

Not all the promised procedures are available (for example, intestinal cleaning); they offered to do it at another hotel for a fee. The stated procedures are not all free (this is not stated in the description). Mattresses should be replaced with harder ones. Pillows too.

Simply a great hotel! We have been to Karlovy Vary many times, but this was our best and most pleasant visit and all thanks to this hotel. We got a very quiet room overlooking the courtyard...we only listened to the birds...the room had a balcony where you could sit and get some air...The hotel is located very close to the springs...The work of the restaurant is beyond praise. ...dietary low-fat and, most importantly, very tasty food....and these small, not very sweet cakes...you can eat 10 of them and your figure will not suffer....thanks to the cook! The entire hotel staff works very efficiently and harmoniously! There are many procedures... a wide variety.... I liked Charcot's shower... The hotel is definitely 10 out of 10!!!

All in all, I highly recommend this hotel, both for its beautiful location and the first-class food. In addition to the positive experiences, there were also a few negative aspects that I would like to mention. There were a few employees in the hotel who ignored orders or reacted unfriendly. Unfortunately, this affected the overall impression of customer service. It would be desirable for all employees to be uniformly friendly and attentive in order to provide guests with an overall pleasant experience. There were isolated cases, but most were very nice. Another minus point is the lack of a fitness room. This could be a disadvantage for guests who would like to exercise during their stay. A gym would have been a welcome addition to the hotel's other amenities. Despite these minor flaws, I would still recommend the hotel as the location, food and general atmosphere are still outstanding.

In the room, it is desirable to repaint the walls, replace the sanitary ware, and most importantly, the mattresses, because they are crushed by the weight of previous visitors. It would be great if they gave greens for breakfast, the breakfast is monotonous, only the porridge changes. If you come for lunch an hour before the end, then there are no salads left.

The hotel is slightly elevated and the road surface is a bit difficult. It would be very nice to install benches for rest on the rise on both sides of the Church. I really liked the hotel, but for older people it is difficult to get to the hotel.
