The rooms were cleaned in a funny way...the trash was taken out and the bed was made. They didn't vacuum. The mattresses were very sagging, and those with ODA diseases were generally terrible. Twice for dinner there were not fresh cakes, or rather the whipped cream on the cakes was not fresh...and the color and rancid taste. Homeless people settled under the windows on the side of the upper parking lot. They were looking at the windows, by the way, not only we saw them... our roommates too. We have been to different sanatoriums in Karlovy Vary, but here the rooms are so comfortable that you feel at home (even though they are in need of some renovation), but the energy here is wonderful))) Kitchen - there is not a large choice of dishes at the counter, but you can order, there is variety, but always tasty) The rooms are cleaned, everything is excellent 👍... The treatment center is not large, but there is enough for easy treatment. The bathhouse is not large with a jacuzzi, but given that the hotel is small, you can always get in. The hotel has a very kind attitude towards vacationers, truly angelic care, even the procedures were selected so that the start and end times of the procedures coincided for the couple, this is the first time we encountered such care, although this is the 6th time we have been to Karlovy Vary... There is not enough information that the "festival" apartments are located in different buildings, outside the main building, and the places of food, and procedures, and those we ordered were unacceptable for our age and health. Going up and down the steep stairs every day, several times a day with 18 procedures and 3 meals a day... At our request, we were replaced with a room in the main building, not very comfortable 505, but that was also our fault. It was worth learning more about the sanatorium. Если по Вашему мнению не работала вытяжка в ванной комнате, то в период вашего проживания нужно было информировать об этом ресепшн. В номер бы незамедлительно пришел мастер и починил бы вытяжку в случае ее неисправности. Нам жаль, что Вы об этом не проинформировали ресепшн в период Вашего проживания. The only thing (but this is not a negative thing, so I’m writing here) is that I like the buffet more when you can choose what you want right now, and not what you ordered three days ago, but now you don’t want at all. That's why we loved breakfast the most. I want more different casseroles, because many here have stomach problems and want more gentle dishes. The staff is very polite and always ready to give advice and help. This was important for me because it was my first visit to Karlovy Vary. I hope not the last, I want to come back again. The food is very good: there is a buffet for breakfast and a menu from which you can choose fish, meat or something vegetarian for lunch and dinner. The food is delicious. Lieber Waldemar, hallo! Vielen Dank, dass Sie alle Dienstleistungen des Hotels schätzen und sich für unser Hotel-Sanatorium entschieden haben. In Bezug auf das langweilige Essen, in dem es Ihrer Meinung nach nur wenige Milchprodukte und Salate gab, werden wir Folgendes beantworten. Die Mahlzeiten im Sanatorium sind diätetisch. Zum Frühstück stehen folgende Milchprodukte zur Auswahl: Schmelzkäse, Hartkäse, Joghurt, Hüttenkäse, Sauerrahm, warme Milch, kalte Milch. Mittags und abends servieren wir ein Salatbuffet, bei dem immer eine Auswahl von 6 Salatsorten plus gehacktem Gemüse zur Auswahl steht. Es tut uns leid, dass Ihnen diese Auswahl an Milchgerichten nicht ausreicht. Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.
