Very friendly staff. The hotel is located next to the springs, in the city center. The area where the Hotel is located is flat; there is no need to go to the mountains. Concert on Tuesdays and piano playing on Fridays. It was very nice. The lobby is beautifully designed, you can drink a cocktail and chat with family and friends. Warm and clean in the room.Negatives
The food is repetitive, little variety and often stale salads. Shower baths are high and uncomfortable. Sauna opening hours, preferably until 21-22 hours. Car parking is expensive and in terrible condition for the price.

Complaint against travel agency sanatoriums.com. The hotel was undergoing renovation work. For a whole week it was impossible to rest between procedures and after lunch too. Our appeal was ignored. We did not receive a response to any email. They did not meet us halfway when ordering a transfer. There were five of us, picked up by different buses. Although we live nearby. We really liked the Kalonada Hotel and the treatment. We would like to come back here many more times. And we will come. But unfortunately with another travel agency. Disappointed. Although we have been your clients for many years.

All liked it. The staff is nice. On the day of arrival, an hour later we saw a doctor and in the evening we drank water as prescribed. The procedures were timed, there was no queue. There was enough food. There was booze and fruit.

You have to be able to speak English or Russian. There are German-speaking staff at the reception/bar, but not among the kitchen service staff. The selection at the breakfast bar is the same every day. There is a lack of variety.

The treatments are all fine, but one complaint is that the mud packs are not heated enough. The rooms are clean and inviting, the shower/bathroom is also very clean. The location of the hotel is ideal, very central and close to the hot springs. The selection from the food buffet is also excellent.Negatives
The service staff in the restaurant is untrained and not courteous. Simply throw leftover food on the floor, which won't be vacuumed up or wiped up for days (!). If you bring the wrong food, you won't get an apology, just a lot of fuss. When clearing the plates, no one pays attention to whether the guest is still eating; plates are simply torn out of their hands (!). Unfortunately, the cleanliness outside the room is poor, the dining rooms and elevators need more cleanliness. In some places it would be desirable for the partially broken tiles in the entrance and spa area to be replaced.

Very good hotel in the center. Nice and friendly staff, all issues are resolved without delay. Spa services and treatments at the highest level. Everything in the restaurant is delicious, all the dishes are made with soul and homemade. I will return to the Colonada Hotel again and recommend it to everyone.
