Unfortunately, there are a lot of negative things, which is not in my rules to write negative things, but I want those who book and pay for a hotel with procedures to know about everything. The hotel was very dirty; during the week they vacuumed the room once, but there was no wet cleaning at all; I had to wipe the dust myself. An extra bed was ordered for our son, the sofa was dismantled and a thin mattress was laid out. The entire hotel has very dirty floors, in the dining room, in the balneocenter, in the corridors, the elevators are covered in dust and dirt. The procedures in different directions are very far from each other, especially for the elderly, it is inconvenient, many people were fornicating. We have been to many hotels and we, as a family, were treated with understanding, the procedures were carried out at parallel times whenever possible, but here my husband and I finished the procedures before one o’clock; our son was often there after lunch at 15:45 and we could not take a normal walk and drink in peace. some water. When asked to change, Christina, the person responsible for the procedures at the reception, reacted negatively. Over the course of a week, we were supposed to have 20 procedures for each person, but we only received 16, since 4 of us were required to perform aqua aerobics in a cold pool; Christina also reacted negatively to the claims. The procedures were shortened not by 20 minutes, but less; for injections there were queues for 2 hours every day, since the time of the procedure was not indicated. Everywhere in the hotel there is unsanitary conditions, in the dining room you can never find a free table, you have to stand and look out. In other hotels they provided a permanent table, it was very convenient. We have been going to Karlovy Vary every year for many years, this is the first year when we had to leave earlier than expected. My husband and I and many others got sick after doing mandatory water aerobics in a cold pool. There were a lot of people in the hotel, everything was done on quantity and not on quality. May God forgive me, on Forgiveness Sunday I had to write such a comment, but I didn’t want to remain silent, because people order quality treatment and pay money for it.

Food is not appropriate for the 4 star hotel: breakfast is OK, lunchtime only soups and cold salads, mostly dry, no sauces or yoghurt. Dinner doesn't taste good at all, just one dish that you're supposed to order and get something else.

It's very cold in the dining room! There is no parking, it is very expensive to park vehicles in the city and then walk 15 minutes. There was often not enough bread in the dining room and no more bread. There is a very limited menu for lunch. Treatment is just a name. Nobody seems to have gotten better here. Treatment procedures last from 10-15 minutes. I haven’t recovered one bit from such pseudo-procedures and, unfortunately, I haven’t gotten any better.

The food is delicious, but every other day it is repeated (breakfast and lunch). If you rest for 15-18 days, it starts to get boring. Treatment: the procedures are cheap. Gymnastics in the pool should not be considered a procedure. Two procedures are cheap and gymnastics in the pool per day is not enough, it’s better and cheaper without them. Procedures after lunch are inconvenient. The sauna is very small for such a large resort, as is the jacuzzi.

Bed linen was changed once. On November 24, the room was not cleaned at all and we were left without toilet paper. On November 25, they left us only 2 towels for two. one facial and one bath. to my complaint about these outrages there was only one response from the manager: “okay, ok”, which I didn’t understand well. Our conversation was recorded on a tape recorder. It was an excellent sanatorium, corresponding to 4 stars. Today it doesn't even correspond to 3 stars.
