The hotel is new, the better rooms are those that overlook the river and not the forest. In terms of food, half board is better, since the monotony can be diluted by going to a restaurant. Do not focus on serious treatment - besides Karlovy Vary water, there is more health improvement here than treatment.

I liked Karlovy Vary and the hotel in particular. Normal level of service, no special comments, minor shortcomings somehow flashed through. I remember the pleasant staff. The procedures were beneficial to my health.
