She gave her husband only 3 baths, but then 10 inhalations and 5 oxygen therapy (the doctor did not prescribe oxygen therapy at all, but in order to get the number of procedures to the required number, Yana added them herself). When we asked to change it, the answer was that all bath times were taken. She also does gas injections poorly. The massage therapist (Alexander) did a very bad job; in my opinion, he doesn’t know how to do massage at all. I was prescribed a foot massage, I went to him once and decided that I didn’t need such a disgusting massage. My husband got the same impression from the back massage. The masseur was actually fired while we were there. Only Arthur does his job very well, is very attentive, carefully controls the process of the procedure, during the procedure he will definitely come in and ask how you are feeling. On some days he worked alone and did an excellent job even with a very heavy workload. The hotel clearly needs one more medical worker. It seems that the hotel saves money on treatment by hiring unskilled workers, which discredits its reputation. I do not recommend treatment in this hotel.
