The "good" ratings (except for the location of the hotel) are given because there is no "satisfactory" rating. Everything is very modest, moderate, as they say - “poor, but clean.” The list of procedures is quite limited. Food - no "frills", even a simple dessert for dinner (in fairness, it must be said that the main courses were prepared perfectly, you can feel the class of the cook, who is forced to work in the "proposed conditions", there is no room to turn around!). The city seemed a bit dirty, the trash cans were often overflowing with garbage long after noon, the grass was not mowed, there were large dirty spots on the tiles in many places (however, in some places they had been scrubbed off for the film festival). In short, the hotel is completely faceless, without any zest (to say “without the cherry on the cake” is hard to imagine what kind of cake it is). Maybe this impression was formed because for the last 2 years I have been vacationing in M. Lazne (hotels "Hvezda" and "Falkensteiner" - those who have been there will understand), which is incomparably cleaner, more comfortable, and warmer than KV. Towels, toilet paper, soap accessories had to be begged from the cleaning lady. The dressing gowns were gray, old, washed to holes. Bed linen was not changed during the week. For a 4 star hotel, all of the above is not acceptable. It used to be much cleaner and better. The hotel management knows about the problems with the cleaning staff and the quality of service, but does not take any measures.
