I was in the sanatorium from 19.09 to 3.10. This is my second time in this sanatorium, so there was no doubt about the choice. New management, new staff - like a Phoenix bird - the hotel is being restored and gaining momentum. Everything was great. the staff is friendly and helpful. The medical base is very good. food at a high level. the location is very convenient. in general, I’m happy with everything. I especially want to thank OLGA and TOMASH (from the reception) for their constant help. I hope we’ll meet again......

The hotel does not qualify for 4*, maximum 3.5*. The cleaning is careless, the trash was taken out only after I complained, you have to hunt for clean towels, the bed is not made. This is not four stars. Breakfast is delicious and varied, but for dinner the meat is always overdried, tough and tasteless. The medical staff has no idea about basic medical ethics, the doors to the offices don’t close at all, you lie on the massage table completely undressed, and other people constantly enter the room, take some things or have conversations, I asked for a more intimate environment, it didn’t help , walking and endless conversations continued. The underwater massage was performed by a person who saw this device for the first time and could not even turn it on correctly. They seem to be trying, but there is no smell of professionalism there. Due to a mistake by the receptionist in explaining the address, I did not get to the concert for which I bought a ticket (a local resident does not see the difference between the Orthodox Cathedral of Peter and Paul and the Catholic Church of Peter and Paul)... In general, I will not go there a second time.

From September 12th to 18th, my friend and I had a wonderful stay at the Pavlov spa hotel. Our stay there can be summed up in one word: GREAT. the location is probably the best in the city. 2 minutes to the main sources, 5 minutes to the colonnade, 7-10 minutes to the bus stop! Wonderful atmosphere, everything is very homely and cozy.
