They hardly clean the room. There were cobwebs in the corners of the room, the dust was not wiped off at all. The carpet has large stains of dirt. Towels and bathrobes are old, with holes. The food is monotonous, there is only one soup for lunch - if you don’t eat, for example, mushrooms, then you are left without lunch.

I stayed at the Pavlov Hotel for the 4th time, of course there are changes after the well-known pandemic, but I want to note that I was very pleased with everything. The medical facilities have improved, I want to note that all the procedures were carried out competently at the same time, you don’t have to run back and forth like before, even if you have to wait a little, it’s not a problem, very pleasant service, Yana is simply lovely, very pleasant and polite, she always greeted and saw off with a smile, great thank you, also the male massage therapist is very qualified, at the reception everyone at the reception are wonderful people, friendly and very polite, the room was cleaned every day, I read the reviews above, you know what I can note is more kindness to everyone and understanding, the staff tries 10 points, I will come to you again I liked everything . Everyone writes about the food, I think everything is decent, but at the beginning I was also kind of scared, but this is a sanatorium and the food is very normal, the soup and salads for lunch are very filling, the coffee is delicious, there are always pastries and fruits. We enjoyed our vacation at the Pavlov sanatorium. We rested for 2 weeks. Many thanks to all the staff of the sanatorium! Very good massage therapist, does his job perfectly! Svetlana works on water procedures - a kind woman, she will always joke and talk with patients. In the canteen, all the female workers were sociable with us, especially the girl Maryana. We never left the dining room hungry, many thanks to the chef! The fact that there is only one soup for lunch is not a problem, there was always at least 4 salads, there were salads such as Olivier, herring under a fur coat, vinaigrette, with crab sticks and many other salads. There was always food and tea. In many sanatoriums there was a kitchen only once a day. The sanatorium is not far from the springs, we always went to drink water before eating). We will come again to relax and receive treatment at the Pavlov sanatorium.Negatives

It's time to update the beds - the mattress is sagging, not comfortable and creaks a lot. The food for a sanatorium is not good. (Mayonnaise salads?! Leftover salads from lunch for dinner?!) Breakfast is okay.

After many years of holidays in Karlovy Vary, I was disappointed with the choice of the Pavlov Hotel. Furnishings: Old beds, sagging mattresses, smell of old carpets. The bed was changed only once in 2 weeks. Meals: Food in the restaurant for three. After 9 a.m. there was no more bread or buns, just leftover omelette, yogurt or cottage cheese, and sometimes porridge. For lunch, lean soup, a couple of salads. Dinner is not available for vegetarians. Dry biscuits for dessert at lunch and in the evening. Choice of fruits: apples, banana halves, sometimes oranges. Coffee only in the morning. Treatment: There was a queue for procedures without control, sometimes I had to leave without waiting for one or another procedure. Waiting for procedures is 20-30 minutes. Many procedures described on the website are not carried out due to lack of staff. Conclusion: The vacation didn't work out. I will not go to the Pavlov Hotel again.

Two weeks passed unnoticed! It’s already a tradition to get out of winter in this way (I’ve come here 5 times), this is the first time we’ve settled in the Pavlov Hotel. Thanks to the location of the hotel, we were able to adhere to the schedule of prescribed procedures (taking medicinal waters and medicinal procedures and eating food...). The hotel staff is friendly and responsive to our requests. The procedures were done in the morning and we had time for endless walks, fortunately the weather was almost spring... The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars. Our sheets had holes. There were no mattresses on the unfolded sofa. Your price does not match the quality. We were deceived about parking. The food is very tasteless and poorly heated. Probably the food is heated in the microwave. There is not enough fruit for breakfast. They bring little and do not report. We don't trust hotels anymore. Next time we will rent an apartment. The only good thing is that we drank the healing water of Karlovy Vary.
