There is no music, only in the massage room (by the way, a highly qualified massage therapist). The worker, Yana, is not professional - she performs procedures negligently, shortens the time, and constantly distracts the massage therapist with conversations while he is working. This hotel is not suitable for preventive treatment.

Not that it was negative, it was just unpleasant that there was no refrigerator in the room. When contacting the administrator, he simply said that he did not know why there was no refrigerator, that if necessary, you could leave everything at his reception desk.

The hotel needs renovation. Unfortunately, it is not worthy of 4 stars at the moment. I don’t know how it was before. Someone wrote in reviews that water was dripping from the ceiling in the dining room. Perhaps the hotel was “flooded” then, because it can be seen on the ceilings and walls in the dining room and medical department. Therefore, perhaps these are temporary shortcomings. Internet is very bad. Considering that there are still no Russian channels on TV, this is of course a minus. You can’t watch TV or movies on the Internet. In bad weather you can die of boredom. For lymphatic drainage, I would advise offering disposable pants, as in other hotels. In my opinion it is more hygienic.

The hotel does not meet 4 stars, it deserves three despite the good food, we ate in the dining room, there is no restaurant, no cafe, the big minus is that there is no swimming pool nearby, there is a very good swimming pool in the Thermal Hotel, but the cost for 3 hours is 20 euros. If only they had given a voucher for visiting the pool in the Terminal, it is a stone's throw from the Pavlov Hotel. This practice exists in other four-star hotels... if I intend to visit Karlovy Vary, then I will go to the wrong Hotel... for the money you paid you can find a real four-star hotel with a good location ....

For 15 years I have been coming to Karlovy Vary for treatment every year. I know how many procedures should take place. But since this time, I have never had injections (pneumopuncture). Within 1 second she made 5 injections. The needle did not even have time to pierce the skin, not to mention the fact that gas should also get under it. All procedures have been reduced in time by at least 2 times. The food this time is simply disgusting. Lunch is not at all clear. One soup and salad. And it's called "Buffet". The woman working in the restaurant (middle-aged, plump with glasses) is generally inadequate. We told her in advance that we were going on an excursion tomorrow and wanted to take a small snack instead of lunch. She said okay, take it. The next day, when they took 2 sausages and a couple of pieces of bread (and this is for two people), she started screaming so loudly that everyone in the neighboring hotels probably heard her screaming. I understand that now is not the best time and every hotel is trying to save money on something, but you cannot afford such rudeness. I will never set foot in this hotel again.

The Pavlov Hotel is no longer the same. All that high rating you see in the top right corner appears to have been earned by a past tenant. There is no smell of four stars here anymore. The maximum is a C grade, and even then it’s a stretch. The hotel has become somewhat unkempt. The food is very poor. I’m generally silent about lunch, it’s simply not there. So - a small snack. Instead of 7 medical workers, at the moment there are only 3 of them, so there are constant queues for procedures. And this despite the fact that this year I paid 150 euros more for a single room than in previous years. An "old" woman who works in a restaurant is generally kind of hateful. It feels like she used to work as a guard in a maximum security prison. I will never come here again.

The hotel is old and needs renovation. The medical department, especially. During our stay, water constantly flowed from the ceiling in the medical department and in the restaurant. I saw this for the first time - you walk with a plate, and water flows from the ceiling right on you! The food, in principle, is not bad, but several times we came for breakfast 40 minutes after the start, and there was nothing left to eat (literally at all) and no one supplemented anything. We also arrived for lunch half an hour after the start, but the soup (which was the only hot dish) was gone. The woman who works in the restaurant (I don’t know her name, she’s so plump with glasses) is very unpleasant and unfriendly. It feels like she hates all people! I don’t understand how such a person can work in a hotel! The room is not bad, but also requires renovation. The sink in the bathroom is all cracked, the hairdryer is stuck together with tape. The beds squeak a lot! Once again you are afraid to turn around, in case they fall apart! I really hope that the management will gradually eliminate the shortcomings. The hotel building itself and the location are simply wonderful!

This is not the first time we have vacationed with you. First, we ordered a room with a balcony and of course we didn’t get it. Second, we ordered 3 meals a day, but it turned out it wasn’t there. In the morning, there was a buffet breakfast, almost all the time it was all over. There is no such thing as lunch, only soup and then without meat. For the evening, to order. But the order is a plate with a couple of pieces of meat and some kind of chopped herb, not even seasoned. Thank God there was bread and we can say we ate our fill. In general, this time it was just a deception. The administrator said, but you are going to court for your health, you need to eat healthy food, or eat bread so as not to be hungry, I won’t call that health. You go to procedures without time and wait for a very long time. Two girls work for the entire hotel and do not have time. It’s just that I’ve been to Karlovy Vary in other hotels at the same level, but I haven’t encountered anything like this with food and procedures. We paid a lot of money and work very hard, of course we didn’t expect this. When you go on an excursion, they don’t give you any dry rations, and when you arrive, you get dinner with a couple of pieces of meat, and the last time they didn’t want to heat it up. Understand, it’s not a problem to go eat in a restaurant, but the fact is that at 20.00 in the restaurant near the hotel they don’t serve food, only drinks. So this time we were not happy. The staff and administration need to think that people are not traveling for free and if I order three meals a day, they should correspond to what was ordered and not deceive people

Very good sanatorium. Everything was great, starting from the reception where Olga and Tomas were always happy to help, thanks to them. The cuisine is excellent, everything was homemade and the dietary dishes are delicious! The treatment is good, especially the massage therapist is very correct and does a high-quality massage. Yana is a very friendly and good nurse who will always do everything right. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax in a pleasant homely atmosphere.
