I would like to share with everyone my impressions of relaxation and treatment in Karlovy Vary, specifically at the SPA Hotel Pavlov. My friend and I live in Germany, but we have already gone to Karlovy Vary for treatment and vacation many times, and we went to the Pavlov Hotel for the second time in a row and did not regret it at all. I think the highest rating for a hotel is when you leave and want to come here again. This is the feeling we left for the second time. We can give only the highest ratings to the hotel's work, starting from the reception desk and ending with the work of the maids. The treatment and nutrition are all excellent. Hotel Pavlov is very cozy, you feel at home and this is, of course, the merit of the hotel team, so I want to say to everyone who is faced with the choice of where to go for treatment and relax in body and soul, go to Karlovy Vary SPA - Hotel Pavlov, I think you won’t regret it (two in one bottle - exact characteristics). Excellent hotel! We were received warmly and taken care of as if we were family: the chef was waiting for us with dinner on the day of arrival and when we went on excursions until 9-10 pm. I would like to swap the dinner and lunch menus: make dinner lighter and lunch denser. We hope for a more streamlined schedule of procedures, i.e. so that procedures have a specific time, and not a live queue. Wonderful hotel. Wonderful team. Very cozy and friendly attitude towards visitors. Special thanks to the chef, the food is very tasty. The hotel director is a very nice man, always in his office and ready to answer all questions. Even on the day of departure he helped carry the suitcases. I really liked the balneo and another thank you to Volodya, he takes great care of every visitor, is very attentive and you can always talk to him about something. The workers at the reception are also always ready to help and attentive to customers. This was our first time staying at this sanatorium. The atmosphere is simply homely. Good breakfasts, dinners. Lunch is also quite sufficient. The service in the dining room is very pleasant. The staff is friendly. Special thanks to Vladimir, the balneo employee and the only masseuse - a cute blonde (unfortunately I don’t know her name). Balneo treatments are simply excellent. I'm in the hotel from September 19th. until October 3rd been. This is my second time here, so I had no doubts. The new manager and new staff is like a phoenix bird, the hotel is restored and developing. I liked everything. A very friendly and nice staff. The treatment department is also very good. The food is of a very high standard and the hotel is in a good location. I would especially like to thank Olga and Tomasch from reception for their help. I hope we'll see each other again...

A respectable, solid hotel with its own interesting history. The interiors are for those who love the classics (lambrequins, carpeting, paintings, and in the restaurant there are white tablecloths and poachers, which speaks for itself). The food is good (it’s worth noting the excellent pastries every day, and duck with prunes). The location simply couldn’t be better (one of the springs is literally opposite the hotel, the main ones are just a stone’s throw away, and all the beauties of the resort area are very close, + a wonderful view from the window and from the balcony). The staff works highly professionally. As for treatment, the results probably vary from person to person; for me personally, the prescribed procedures were very effective. Wonderful people work in the treatment department: Vladimir and Yana, the massage therapist, many thanks to them. The girls in the restaurant responded very quickly to our request, everything was on time and of high quality. The food is tasteless and often cold; the transfer was organized very poorly. 8 people boarded the 7.5-seater bus. We sat very close to each other and Corona requirements were not taken into account. We paid 260 euros for both of us for 2 full seats on the bus, but got 1.5 seats. Very inconvenient on such a long trip.
