Spa hotel is very well situated, it is in the centre of the resort and close to the springs. The hotel personnel are friendly and helpful. Spa treatments were good. My room was not very warm in the night. I had to use the bed spread. The general impression of the hotel was good until i found that my watch had been stolen, I left it in the room and when I returned after treatment the watch was not there. That spoiled my holiday.

A small beautiful building, located close to the springs, from the bus station and at the same time a “quiet” place, there are no ascents or descents to it, the rooms are cozy and quiet. The elevator is working. The food is of a good standard, tables are cleared quickly, there are always empty seats, and service is quick in the evening. Special thanks to the waitress Maryana at the restaurant - she is a smart and polite girl. The staff is responsive and pleasant. Clean and timely cleaning.Negatives

We ordered for the first time after recommendations. We can only say all the good things. The location of the hotel is right in the center, next to the springs. The hotel itself is very cozy, always clean, the staff is responsive and attentive, from the reception to the maids. Excellent service. The room is convenient and comfortable. But the food this year has let us down. In some cases, it seemed that the cook had never even seen a single cookbook. Last year the food was prepared professionally in the same hotel. The hotel administration should think about changing the chef.

The food could have been a little more varied at lunchtime. There was soup and salads. There were always the same salads. There was no sauce at dinner, so it was too dry. Nevertheless, we were happy with the stay.

Everything was not bad except the food. I highly recommend that the management reconsider the menu. At lunch, besides one single soup and a couple of salads, there should be another choice of food and finally change these terrible, heavy chairs that cannot be moved. All the best

The hotel's furnishings are very old, the chairs in the dining room are too heavy and make a lot of noise when pulled. The food was either lukewarm or almost cold. At lunchtime there was soup and salads, it would be better if they were served in the evening and food from the evening at lunchtime (vice versa). The hotel as a whole is not suitable for 4 stars....
