I really liked it. Somehow everything feels very homely. Responsive and pleasant staff. We had a late check-in, so they took care of us and left dinner at the reception, which was heated up and brought to our room. The location is great. The meal schedule is a little unusual, but we liked it, and we also appreciated that at lunch the cold appetizers, soup and dessert, without a second course, are deliciously prepared, it’s difficult to restrain yourself, but here it turns out that you’re full, but not overeat. We came here to get healthy, so this is important. I also liked the fact that our procedures were scheduled for 7:00 am. Before breakfast we had time to walk through everything, drink some water, and then we had the whole day free. It is convenient when not every procedure is scheduled in time, but at a designated time and you come to the treatment center and, without fear of being late somewhere, gradually undergo the prescribed treatment. Thank you very much for a wonderful and useful time!

Spa hotel is very well situated, it is in the centre of the resort and close to the springs. The hotel personnel are friendly and helpful. Spa treatments were good. My room was not very warm in the night. I had to use the bed spread. The general impression of the hotel was good until i found that my watch had been stolen, I left it in the room and when I returned after treatment the watch was not there. That spoiled my holiday.

A small beautiful building, located close to the springs, from the bus station and at the same time a “quiet” place, there are no ascents or descents to it, the rooms are cozy and quiet. The elevator is working. The food is of a good standard, tables are cleared quickly, there are always empty seats, and service is quick in the evening. We ordered for the first time after recommendations. We can only say all the good things. The location of the hotel is right in the center, next to the springs. But the food this year has let us down. In some cases, it seemed that the cook had never even seen a single cookbook. Last year the food was prepared professionally in the same hotel. The hotel administration should think about changing the chef.

Everything was not bad except the food. I highly recommend that the management reconsider the menu. At lunch, besides one single soup and a couple of salads, there should be another choice of food and finally change these terrible, heavy chairs that cannot be moved. All the best
