Wonderful people work in the restaurant, the cooks are also excellent - the food is prepared with soul (my wife and I have visited many countries and lived in 5 star hotels so there is something to compare with)

I’ve been to Karlovy Vary 3 times already and I chose the Ruže sanatorium consciously. Its location is very convenient, very close to the springs. I liked the food. Very tasty and varied first courses (this was not the case in other sanatoriums). Three types of second courses (lunch) - also tasty and varied. My husband and I have never had any dissatisfaction. The room has free wi-fi, works well, TV has 3 channels in Russian. The hotel is quiet and peaceful.Negatives
The room had an inconvenient location of the bed - right opposite the door to the corridor, which has not been seen in any hotel. This caused inconvenience to my husband and I; if someone got up at night, the light in the corridor immediately automatically turned on and shone into the eyes of the sleeping person. They couldn’t change the number right away, and then they didn’t. We found a way out - we left the closet door open, it captivated the light. There was also a slight inconvenience that some of the procedures were carried out in another hotel. It’s very close, but my experience shows that it’s more convenient when everything is where you live.

A completely normal hotel for staying. We have heard complaints from guests about the quality of food and treatment in Rouge. You need to understand that if you come here to treat your stomach and drink Carlsbad water, then the hotels are doing the right thing by not offering many culinary delights. Nutrition should be balanced and dietary. What procedures can we talk about if the main treatment is to drink water. All these procedures are basically of a healing nature in essence. So I will say that Rouge is quite suitable for living.
