I rested in a sanatorium without treatment. The location of the Hotel is very convenient, everything is within walking distance. I visit Karlovy Vary regularly, I chose the hotel to meet a friend from Russia. She was staying at Krivan, but there was no room for us there anymore. And I didn’t regret that for my dates, which was from 12/30/2019 to 01/02/2020, there was only one room left in this hotel. I can’t describe the food because my husband and I were there once, only for dinner. The rooms are very clean. , they came to do cleaning every day. I recommend this hotel. And I am glad that there was only one room left in this hotel. We were without treatment, but I am sure that the treatment in this hotel is at a high level. I consider it a significant disadvantage that there are no parking spaces next to the hotel... even though I made a reservation 3 months ago... As we were told at reception, there is basically no option to reserve a parking space. You can understand (old town, center, etc.) But I would like to be able to get this information in good time, for example with the booking confirmation and not at check-in.

Room 307 is very small for 3 people. Everything is already outdated. The refrigerator didn't work. The sink is broken, the silicone in the shower is moldy. The door opening card only worked for half the room. For a 4-star hotel there is no minibar, no kettle.

Our family really liked everything. The apartments are above all praise. It was very quiet during our stay. The hotel is small and cozy. I walk very poorly and for me it was important to have small transitions from the room to the elevator and immediately to the dining room. Linen was changed daily. Excellent panorama from the windows. In the evening, an incredibly beautiful view of the canal. We parked our car under the bedroom windows and didn’t worry about it. .Large bathroom + shower. The cook is a very zealous housewife. For her, like for me, nothing is missing. There was enough food for everyone, regardless of the time they arrived at the dining room and the buffet. They brought you whatever you asked for extra. The choice of meat dishes is sufficient, although in ONE WEEK we were not offered the promised venison and rabbits. Each day you could choose a different fish, beef, chicken or pork. Once there was turkey. Nice pastries, very tasty cheesecakes... We drove around medieval castles in our car. We stayed as an intermediate option between the airport and the move to Marianske Lazne. Great location in the center of Karlovy Vary! The hotel is clean, wonderful, hospitable, friendly and polite staff. The choice of dishes in the restaurant is small, everything is tasty and fresh, you won’t go hungry. Big plus: transfer from/to the airport was included in the price. The station is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. I thank the administration and staff for the excellent work! The restaurant could not cope with the large number of vacationers. The transfer from Prague to the hotel is unsatisfactory. We waited for the driver for 40 minutes after receiving our luggage. We waited in vain for a phone call from the driver at this time or an apology after arrival. The driver is poorly prepared for the transfer. He ate constantly while driving. I drove around Karlovy Vary only using the navigator. We approached the hotel from the opposite side of the street, we had to cross the roadway with our suitcases to get to the hotel.

Our families, Vagina and Fedorov, rested and took medical procedures in the Rouge and Malta hotels from 10/28/19 to 11/06/19. Moreover, the Vagin family stayed at the Rouge Hotel three times. We were very pleased with the quality of service and the work of the medical staff. Excellent, varied food, daily room cleaning, attentive and friendly medical staff - all this characterizes the hotel team as high-level professionals who know and love their work and their clients, thank you for your attentive attitude and care. We have no doubt that this trip was not our last, we will definitely come back next year.

I liked everything very much. From the first minutes of your stay. I arrived at the hotel at 20:30, and they fed me in the restaurant, because the dining room was no longer open. I thought the whole day would be wasted because I didn’t know which sources to drink water from. Unnecessary fears, because the doctor saw me on Sunday!! The window of the room looked out onto the street, along which at most 5 cars and 2-3 people passed by all day, so there was complete silence. The houses on the opposite side of the street were uninhabited, so no one looked in the window. In general, the location of the hotel is excellent. 5 minutes from leaving the room to the source in the Garden Colonnade, 7-8 minutes at a completely leisurely pace to the Mill Colonnade. In general, it turns out that the hotel is in the middle of the city promenade. Go in one direction to the springs, in the other to the shopping street. Everything is very close and on a flat road. The food is top notch. For 6 days, soups, for example, have never been repeated, and they are made for lunch and dinner, chicken, fish, pork, beef. And every time in a new way. I don’t know how the cook manages to do this; not a single dish is ever repeated. Everything I ate was very tasty. And you can write about several types of bread, sausage, cheese, salads and so on for a very long time and in detail - there is not enough space. Thank you very much to everyone who works in the dining room and a special thank you to the cooks. The room is cleaned daily, towels will also be changed at least every day if you put them on the floor in the bathroom. Thank you very much to the maids! The reception staff are friendly and friendly; they even drew the route I was interested in on a map and wrote down what kind of transport I needed. Thanks a lot! The medical staff in both departments (both in Malta and Rouge) are professionals! Polite, responsive and friendly. Thank you all very much! Both excursions I went on (to Prague and around the resort triangle) were interesting and educational. Professional guide Lenka tells a very interesting and immediately understandable story, she loves Prague. Igor leads the tour in a very unique way, but it was from him that I learned a lot of simple everyday information about the Czech Republic. Thank you. My husband and I had a double standard room 411, we liked everything very much. The bed is made up of two, but still comfortable. Bed linen was changed every 3 days, towels every day. Cleaning - every day. I really liked the food. We took half board, which was enough for us. The location is simply amazing! We got all the treatments we wanted - that’s why we went to the spa hotel. The hotel is located in a super convenient location. Since its cost is small, you shouldn’t expect a palace :). The staff is very responsive and positive, they always met halfway and did everything to make it as comfortable as possible. The treatment is not thorough (for example, massage is prescribed no more than 2 times a week, i.e. it will not be possible to affect the muscles and solve the problem in this way), but, I suppose, in all Karlovy Vary it is the same, the main thing is water. The quality of the food suited me, there was plenty to choose from, but I read the reviews in advance and knew what awaited me, no frills. Sanatoriums offered a free excursion to Prague and it turned out to be great! The guide is super professional. I also took 2 paid excursions, but I liked them less.Negatives
There was a free transfer from the Sanatoriums from the airport to the hotel (one way), so I had to wait 3 hours to board the bus!!! Nobody warned about this! The dining room for meals is small and anyone can sit at your table. For example, a 75-80 year old grandfather who smacks loudly (sorry for the detail) and eats sloppily (my appetite was spoiled). Or a woman, who is then joined by two more and they practically push you out from the table (they force you to eat everything with their plates and you have nowhere to put it) and talk incessantly, that is, it’s time to move to another table, but someone may also sit down there.

We rested and received treatment at the Ruzhe Hotel for the second time, convenient location, close to the springs, friendly and helpful staff, no language barrier for Russian-speaking tourists. We made a reservation with Sanatoriums.com a week before departure, we were pleasantly surprised by the cost and that we could pay upon arrival. We drove on our own and could park the car at the hotel. Some of the procedures were performed at the nearby Malta Hotel, but no inconvenience was felt, since the time of the procedures was perfectly balanced. I would like to highlight the coherence, speed of order processing and information content of the site. Thank you very much for a pleasant vacation.

It is advisable to have a pen or pencil and paper for notes in the room. Regarding treatment: in 14 days and 13 nights I completed three gas injection procedures according to the treatment plan. And most of all I wanted to get them. It helps me. How can this be discussed in advance?
