Looks like my room was last renovated and updated 50-60 years ago. The carpeting on the floors is worn and there is an uneven surface underneath. There is no bedside electrical outlet. I didn’t like the treatment; in fact, it didn’t exist. Of the four procedures, 3-4 procedures were prescribed for 2 weeks, i.e. not a full course. I was amazed by the “mud” procedure - they put a rubber heating pad with something hot on your back, after this procedure your back itches for 2 days and becomes covered in a rash. There was no one to consult with, since they couldn’t find a doctor. There are no procedures on Saturday and Sunday. As for the hotel, the maids are trying their best, but it would be nice to at least make cosmetic repairs to the hotel. The paint on the doors is shabby, the carpet is peeling, there is such a layer of dust on the chandeliers that the pendants are not white, but gray. Bed linen has holes (maybe we got this?) They change it once a week, which is not typical for four stars. They didn’t even change the towels, they say you have to throw them on the floor and then we’ll replace them.
