The room was a very ordinary standard, so it had a view of the wall of the neighboring building; my friends had a deluxe room, so they had a balcony and a view of the main street. But all of us were almost never in the room, September turned out to be very warm +20, and the hotel is located perfectly, across the road is a beautiful park, along which it’s only 10 minutes to the pump room. White terry robes, friendly staff. The atmosphere that you are in the Czech Republic is also conveyed thanks to the cook, there are many national dishes and other European cuisine. There is almost everything in terms of treatment, I also rate it excellent.

The staff is attentive and polite. The doctor is just there to prescribe procedures. They are almost the same for everyone. If something is contraindicated for you, he will not prescribe it for you. The medical staff is non-confrontational, polite, and the main thing is to arrive for procedures on time. The set of procedures is modest. It's a pity that there are no mineral baths and mud envelopes. Only pearl baths and lavatherm. This is not the same at all. Of course, the main thing here is water. That's why we go there. And of course, nature and tranquility. The room was excellent, renovated, new linen, new hairdryer, cleaning - every day within normal limits. But many complained that the rooms were not renovated, the plumbing did not work, the hairdryer did not work, etc. The waiters in the restaurant are attentive and pleasant.Negatives
It's a kitchen. The cook probably doesn’t know that most of the people who come to them are not very healthy. Breakfast is like in any European hotel. Everyone will find something to eat. But lunch is a choice from the menu. Menu - two second. Sometimes there was nothing to choose from. Everything is spicy and fried. The sauces are very hot, they don't skimp on pepper. The soup is almost always broth. The spice is terrible. Sometimes it was cubed broth. Dinner - you can choose something decent and not spicy. In my opinion, the cook’s baked pork turned out great. Advice to the cook is to think that now all people are thinking about nutrition and taking care of their health, and the cook should help them with this.

They do not take into account the medical history and the results of analysis and ultrasound provided by the patient/vacation doctor, while they themselves do not carry out tests, ultrasound and other necessary procedures. 4. They also do not monitor the condition of vacationers according to the procedures assigned to them. There are no adjustments to procedures regarding complaints from vacationers. At the same time, in order to measure pressure it is necessary to obtain the direction of art. nurses only during the working hours of the medical staff, since the nurse works until 2 or 3 o’clock in the afternoon and go to the cash desk to pay 100 crowns (the condition of vacationers changes during the day).
