It’s bad that you can’t move dinner to lunch with two meals a day. The schedule of procedures is drawn up inconveniently, sometimes the gap is about two hours and you sit and wait and cannot leave. The medical staff performs their duties poorly, they do the massage poorly (they stroke, they don’t strain), the gas envelopes are poorly inflated, sometimes you have to ask to be re-inflated several times.

This is catering. Breakfast is standard. But dinner out of 7 times was acceptable only on two occasions. We missed two more dinners because we were returning late from the excursion. They didn’t give me packed rations and didn’t offer anything in return. Generally uncooperative staff in the restaurant. In other hotels of the same level, either packed rations were offered or dinner was left out. These are the hotel rules.

My husband and I rested at the Bohemia Spa Hotel from 03/05/18 to 03/20/18. Convenient location, close to the Colonnade with mineral springs. Very attentive staff. Decent food. They took 3 times, but 2 times is enough. The schedule of treatment procedures was well drawn up. All in the morning. Before dinner, you can go shopping in Germany. I would like to note the work of the waitresses in the restaurant, Lyuba and Oksana - very positive, polite girls, radiating kindness and attention. We give them our deepest bow. After a treatment I became ill because an employee forgot me in the bathroom because of a private telephone conversation. That evening my daughter from Germany called the reception and explained everything. She should get a doctor because the woman had a fever of 40. There was no help at all. The next day I picked up my mother at my own expense. I described everything again when I picked it up at reception, unfortunately the answer was that you won't get a refund for the remaining days, and you didn't even apologize. For me it is a very big minus point. My mother was sick for another three weeks.

Treatment procedures are disgustingly organized. The paid package includes only a pearl bath, dry CO2, injections and inhalations, paraffin, and all this is served by one person (you turn off the inhalation yourself, you can lie in the bag for 40 minutes or an hour as long as you want. And after the CO2 injections, in two days the clothes will be in polka dots because the injection site is not covered with a band-aid and stains are possible after injections, because take a dark suit or you will wash it every other day) and classic massage of one area. There are no carbon dioxide, mineral or peat baths. Lymphatic drainage is mechanical and manual only for a fee. peat application is a reusable package. They say that the premises are limited due to the old building and communications. No tests can be taken. They don’t do a cardiogram, they don’t give you access to the city swimming pool. Overall a gastronomic hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located: close enough to the springs so as not to get tired, but also so that there is motivation to take a walk. Perhaps these are the two most important advantages of the hotel - location and accommodation. The rest is organized quite standardly: treatment, staff work, food. Although the quality of the latter, in my opinion, has decreased compared to last year, the dishes have become more monotonous and less tasty.Negatives
I can’t point out any particular negativity. Although, walking around the resort and visiting other hotels of the same level, I saw how evenings were organized there - music, concerts, competitions, guests chatting after dinner in the lobby. Bohemia also has a very beautiful foyer, with a piano, and it would be quite possible to organize something like this for guests, but, unfortunately, this is not the case. After dinner there is absolutely nothing to do. Of course, when the weather is good, you can go for a walk, but given that the city is empty after 8 pm, it is not very comfortable.

Unfortunately, there were big problems with accommodation during this visit. I would like to draw the attention of everyone who books a single room. There are two types of single rooms: small and very small. Information about room size (18-20 m) is unreliable. I was placed in a room where the refrigerator was humming and the lock was stuck. They changed the refrigerator and lock immediately, but it is unclear why I had to do this. Then problems were discovered with the heating system: noise in the pipes, it was impossible to sleep. One night I slept on the floor near the toilet and the front door, away from the humming pipes. I went to the reception for several days and was advised to buy earplugs at the pharmacy. A few days later, after repeated requests and hassle, I was moved to another room. The room is very small, to close the door you had to move the chair, to get to the window, you had to move the floor lamp. There was nowhere to move them. Water also has a diuretic effect. This is not the first time we have rested and been treated in this hotel. The reception staff is always friendly and welcoming. I have not observed a single case of rude treatment of clients. The service in the hotel restaurant is very friendly and polite. All service personnel speak Russian well and are always ready to help in solving everyday problems. They will tell you where to buy a SIM card or how to get to the shops. I didn’t like the doctor, the appointment lasts no more than 5 minutes! He fills out the card, asking questions, but he didn’t give intelligible answers to my questions! Accommodation time is the first week of August. We came with our family, son and grandmother. This is the first time at this hotel; last year we were at the Palace Zvon. Therefore, there is something to compare with. I liked it much more this time. The hotel is super, the rooms are large and bright. Sooo comfortable and large beds, 1.20 per person!! The location of the hotel was also optimal, across the road you immediately find yourself in a huge park and there is where to walk and what to see. The food also suited us all quite well; every day there was fish and meat, vegetables and fruits. And right there on the corner of the hotel you can drink excellent coffee with various cakes)). And of course, all the staff, without exception, are friendly and attentive, speaking Russian. Thank you all so much for our great time. See you soon and best wishes.

We have been vacationing and receiving treatment in Marianske Lazne for the 3rd year in a row, but for the first time we chose Spa Hotel "Bohemia" and were very pleased with the treatment, the location of the sanatorium, the work of the staff, and especially the quality of the food. Special thanks to the cooks and waiters who prepared special dietary dishes, as there are health problems. Throughout our stay they fulfilled all our culinary wishes. Thank them very much for this!!! Enjoyed the holiday! The staff is friendly, diligent, (but clearly not enough). There is no treatment, in the full sense of the word, in the spa hotel, and there cannot be. Therefore, anyone who needs serious treatment should go to specialized clinics. Spa Hotel Bohemia for rest, relaxation, toning and healing the body: massages, inhalations, gas injections, magnetic therapy, etc. There are no mineral baths. The website Sanatoriums.com provides reliable information about procedures, living conditions, meals, etc., so read the information before booking and there will be no “pleasant” surprises! I liked the food: a variety of meat dishes from chicken, beef, pork, sausages, rolls, etc., fried and battered fish - delicious, but steamed fish - a rare disgusting... (sorry!), very often delicious cakes , ice cream, watermelons, oranges, apples, etc. I really like the free seating at the tables: today you are in the mood for a conversation, and next time you want to have breakfast or dinner alone, the size of the restaurant and the number of tables allows you to do this. The first thing we had to deal with concerned the schedule of procedures. The whole day was divided, because... procedures are scattered throughout the day. One could be at 7 am, the next at 10 and 15.00. This is very inconvenient. Even if you are going on an excursion after lunch, you won’t be able to change or simply ask. The second thing I had to deal with was the monotonous kitchen for breakfast .Every day it’s the same menu. Nothing changes. Many were not happy with this because by the end of the holiday you simply don’t know what to choose. Once for dinner there was a long hair in a dumpling. It’s clear that after that you won’t have to try it again I didn’t want to. There were a lot of flies in the restaurant (sometimes they swam in the food) It was very stuffy. The problem with water, which was written about in the reviews, was never solved. The water, that is, runs out. It’s especially annoying when you’re standing in the bathroom with soap.. and suddenly there’s water does not leak. There are few medical personnel.
