We arrived quite late due to a delay in our flight, but despite this we were greeted very, very well. Dinner in the restaurant ended, but despite this they fed us and only after we had eaten to our hearts’ content did they begin to close the restaurant. There were no free places in the hotel (the category we declared) and we were accommodated in luxury apartments!!!! Breakfast is beyond praise. The location is great!Negatives

We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion to Prague. Everything was organized clearly, a comfortable bus. I would especially like to mention the guide. I don’t want to write about the disadvantages, but they exist.... 1. Poor cleaning of the rooms. In two weeks the bed was changed once!!! 2, The bed linen is old, it’s time to update it. 3, The pillows are a total disaster!!! 4. In the restaurant for dinner, water can only be obtained for an additional fee. 5. In case of early departure or late return after a trip on an excursion, no packed lunch or restaurant voucher is provided. 6, There are few fresh vegetables in the restaurant, I didn’t like the assortment of snacks. 7, The breakfast menu would be nice to have some variety. The hotel is located in the very center on the main street. The building is beautiful, bohemian. 3 minutes to the springs. The rooms are good, spacious. Cleaned every day. The staff is polite and helpful. The food is good but in my opinion monotonous.Negatives
The big disadvantage, in my opinion, is the lack of air conditioning. I lived on the top floor and it was a bit hot. A swimming pool would have been nice.

There are no sockets in the rooms. Maybe replace the shower trays and have some more modern hairdryers that you can transport. I wanted to blow-dry my mother's hair, which is difficult in the narrow bathrooms. We found the water in the rooms a bit overpriced, it would be a nice service if it were simply free. I missed the oat flakes with my muesli for breakfast; they are very healthy and have no added sugar.

We liked the hotel for its location, food, and good treatment. But there are 2 young ladies sitting at the reception who are simply disgusting about basic requests.Negatives
The most significant disadvantage is that rations are not provided on excursions, even if you beg. Our group lost about 11 breakfasts and about 30 dinners.

1. Medical advice unsatisfactory. No personal findings or complaints were asked or recommendations from the family doctor were taken into account. Only the treatment program of the spa hotel was checked and only disabilities (e.g. metal in the body) were registered. No additional services (not even at your own expense) were offered or recommended. 2. At the evening buffet, some butter or fat should be offered, as well as some sausage, cheese or fish, for those who definitely don't want to eat warm. Otherwise the food selection was very good. 2. The television in the room should be able to rotate so that you can watch the program from the armchair without having to move a lot of furniture

The hotel does not meet the 4 star level. The furniture is old, the upholstery is stained, there are stains on the walls, free drinks including water for breakfast only. Change of robe is only for an additional fee!!!!

There is practically nothing, except for some disappointment in the doctor’s prescription of procedures, whose appointment consists only of “distributing” the cheapest ones. And so, the treatment services themselves were performed at the proper level, for which we thank everyone.

Thank you for organizing my treatment in Marianske Lazne. The hotel is good, the restaurant is good, the treatment needs to be improved (there are not enough medical staff, so interchangeability is where all the troubles come from. Colitis injections, a person rarely does this, they are in bags everywhere for 30 minutes, here 20 and that time is reduced by 10 minutes) Doctor in general no. But I advise everyone to go to Marianske Lazne - water and air are the main treatment. Your organization of the trip was excellent - transfer (I would like to thank the Russian driver, a very polite guy), hotel booking - everything was very good. Thank you. Meals: Breakfast is good. Everything is there and fresh. There is nothing to criticize there. Dinner tasted good, but the composition of the meat and other dishes sometimes took a lot of getting used to. A little more fruit would be great.
