Вы не впускали горничную в комнату 2 раза , 5 раз вы просто хотели убрать ванную, 4 раза полная уборка. Каждый день вы хотели чай от горничной, даже если у Вас не было на это права (у вас была комната Superior), чай только в комнатах De Luxe. Каждый раз как была у Вас горничная в комнате, был в комнате мужчина или женщина. Не знаю почему пишите что у вас 12 дней не было никого.

We arrive at the hotel before official check-in, but the reception always tries to check us in early. All procedures are carried out on time. The service staff is polite and always ready to help. The location of the hotel is very good. Mineral water springs are nearby. The food was good. Unlike last year there was more fruit. The medical doctor behaves disgustingly. He didn’t introduce himself and doesn’t even measure the patient’s blood pressure during the appointment. Does not respond to customer requests. All procedures are described to patients by a nurse who is located in the next room. Patients have to purchase the lymphatic drainage procedure for an additional fee. All procedures are reduced to the distribution of low-cost procedures: gas injections (only 6 injections in one procedure) and a gas envelope. The nurse does a disgusting job of giving gas injections, which are very painful. The “gas envelope” and “paraffin on hands” departments are not working well. The menu in the dining room is monotonous, the same every day. Especially soups, sometimes just a mess. In our opinion, the cost of parking patients' cars on the street is high. Как гости хотят могут тоже докупить как дополнительные процедуры. полная цена стоянки 8 евро/ночь, вы оплатили 6 евро/ночь. WI-FI, проходит ремонт. B фойе отеля сигнал полный и доступен всем гостям бесплатно.
