The wonderful shcheul is located almost in the forest - and only 300 meters from the drinking gallery in the TUB resort park in the city center. Cozy, with an almost homely atmosphere and excellent cuisine (which is not the case in large and chain hotels - the cuisine there is “industrial”). We rested at the Silva Spa Hotel from 20.10 to 30.10. We were very pleased! Great location! The hotel is surrounded on three sides by forest. silence, air, - and at the same time not far from the springs (five to ten minutes walk to the central colonnade), next to the "Forest Spring" Three minutes. along the path through the park and you are on the main street of the city! We are very pleased with the choice of the resort. Wonderful helpful staff. All our appeals and requests regarding accommodation were satisfied very quickly! The girls at the reception are always responsive and try to help quickly resolve any issues. Great food! We were very pleased (especially the dishes from the chef!) Special thanks to all the spa workers. Great service! We would like to thank the spa manager, Ian! After consulting with the doctor, there was confusion about the procedure schedule. Ian fixed everything and built a schedule taking into account our wishes. When during our vacation we needed a little help from a doctor, he found a specialist in the city clinic and we were provided with help for a nominal fee. Thank you to the Sanatorium team for a perfectly organized vacation! We would like to especially mention Irena Millerova! On the day of departure there was a problem with ticket registration. I vacationed in this sanatorium in 2019 and was very pleased. Unfortunately, Silva has changed for the worse. Dark, dull walls do not add to the mood. A constant and meager menu, old and very uncomfortable beds, gray washed towels - all this spoiled my stay at the hotels. I don't think the hotel deserves 4 stars. It is a pity that the administration does not pay attention to criticism and does not try to change anything.Positives
