We rested in June 2022. A small hotel, recently renovated, located near the forest, 400m to the colonnade. Rooms with balconies face the street (you can hear service cars in the morning), the other side of the building faces the forest, without balconies. Nice spacious room, high ceilings, cozy balcony. Excellent food. Breakfast: regular European, lunch: soup + salad (half board), dinner: small appetizer + soup and salad (take your own if desired) + second course (chosen the previous day from four options) + dessert. Drinks for lunch and dinner for separate fee. The doctor gave some good advice, we were satisfied. The procedures are normal. We were very pleased with our vacation!Negatives
The mattress and pillows, for our taste, are below average, not worthy of 4 stars. The bathroom was budget, from a three-star hotel, but it served its functions. We asked the maids to change the pillowcases after four days of stay, one said we change them once a week, the second came and changed them. We were by car, the hotel does not guarantee a parking space, there is public parking nearby, but after the sign, along the street from the hotel, you cannot park (there is a photo with explanations at the reception desk). Wonderful hotel in close proximity to the mineral springs. The rooms are cozy, clean and spacious. The food is varied, deliciously prepared and beautifully presented. Thanks to the chef - he is a master of his craft! The prescribed treatment is carried out professionally and at the agreed time. All of the client's wishes are taken into account. The atmosphere of the hotel is homely and friendly. We would be happy to visit this hotel again. Special thanks to the hotel administrators Petra and Dominika! Also waitresses, waiters, cleaners, medical staff - all at a high level. The hotel manager is a big plus for the organization of the hotel, for the kitchen, for a wonderful holiday! Excellent location, close to mineral springs, the city center, parks. There is a forest area around the hotel with walking paths, benches and, of course, clean air. After renovations, renovations and a name change, Hotel Silva has changed for the better, much better. A couple of years ago we vacationed at Villa Savoy. Everywhere is clean, comfortable, high quality and friendly. The beds are comfortable, wide, and even such a detail as padding between the mattresses for stability and not spreading is also provided. The room was bright, spacious and warm. Shower with excellent hot and cold water pressure. Everything is fine! I would like to note the manager of this hotel, who competently manages and knows a lot about it. Respect! The hotel administrators are also professional, tactful, polite and welcoming. Any issue was resolved instantly, they were always happy to help, they were always there - friendly, stylishly dressed, beautifully carrying the hotel brand. The room was cleaned well - any wish was fulfilled if you forgot, for example, refill the soap or put a spare roll of paper. I would also like to note that it was a pleasant surprise that the rooms were not cleaned by the same employee, but by different ones throughout the week. If this is such an organizational "move", then once again - respect to the hotel manager. The procedures are located on two different floors, but everything happens smoothly, on time, without queues or fuss. The paramedics are friendly, fast and know their stuff. I was very pleased with the quality and attitude towards vacationers. I would like to note the jug of water that is always present on floor -1, where various citrus fruits, fruits or cucumbers with additives are prudently cut for vitaminization. A full vase of apples is also always a pleasant surprise. The food in the restaurant is also tasty and varied. Soups for lunch and dinner are always different, as are salads. Breakfast has a large, always fresh assortment of food. In addition to pastries, yogurt, sour cream, dried fruits, there are also delicious desserts in cups. Beautiful presentation of dishes! Special thanks to the cook. Regardless of the appetizer, main course or dessert, light touches of art were always present on the plate. Good girl! The waiters are always polite, friendly, and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our vacation! If possible, we would be happy to visit this wonderful hotel again!Negatives

A sanatorium with the latest renovation and clean air. We had a lovely double room overlooking the forest so we enjoyed the birds singing every morning. The staff is very pleasant, the cleaning is high quality. Some positive emotions, we recommend it.
