It has been written many times in reviews about dietary nutrition, please review the menu for the sanatorium where people come for treatment!!! Mineral baths were made with plain water and a little mineral water, at my request to take a bath with only mineral water, I felt a huge difference!!!

A tiny minus is that we did not reserve parking for the car in advance and on the last day, when vacationers began to arrive in huge numbers for the European Christmas holidays, we had to park the car in the city parking lot, and it is quite far from the hotel. It would be appropriate if the site recommended this, somehow warned. Although this certainly did not spoil all the positive emotions from staying in Mariinsky Lazne.

On our floor, in room 2208, a guest was accommodated with two dogs. We came to a sanatorium, and not to a dog kennel. It’s good that we only had to experience this unpleasant neighborhood for two days. In the restaurant, during our stay, the snow-white, pleasant white napkins and tablecloths on the tables were replaced with oilcloths. The waiters use the same rag, and most often with their hands, to shake off the remaining food directly onto the floor and onto the seats of the chairs. I believe that this creates an unsanitary environment and has an extremely negative impact on the image of the sanatorium. Clothes on tables is a sign of an extremely low level of service and is usually practiced in cheap street bistros and canteens, but not in a sanatorium of such a level as STAR.Answer from Spa Hotel Imperial

Проблему с шумом от собак стараемся решить переселением ,если это на данный момент возможно.Я не знаю обращались ли Вы на рецепцию с этим вопросом. Бумажные скатерти иногда стелим на столы в зависимости от праздников – по теме Рождества,Св,Валентина, Хелоувин. Что касается гигиены,то мы проведем тщательную подготовку персонала. Очень нам жаль что Вы не были полностью довольны пребыванием у нас,Если бы мы знали о возникших проблемах,то естественно их бы сразу устранили. Дирекцияи остальные работники всегда к диспозиции. Hikers and nature lovers will get their money's worth as the hotel's location is ideal, the forest is less than three minutes away. The food was very tasty and varied, the staff were mostly friendly and helpful. The cooperation with four other hotels in the 4-5 star category, which are connected to each other via an interior corridor several hundred meters long and with many details about their history, is very positive. So you can reach all hotels and their treatments or events with dry feet, regardless of the weather, even with your bathrobe. All in all very recommendable.Negatives
If you are traveling with your own car, be sure to book a parking space in advance. Either the car should be small or you should be an experienced parker. The all-new parking spaces in our own parking garage are very narrow and not exactly designed for SUVs or large limousines, and require a high level of skill when parking.

You don't understand this very well. The employee works until 15:00, I asked if I could come after lunch, that is, a little later, but I was refused. It turns out that after paying for the procedure, I did not receive it. And this is sad. Otherwise everything is fine

The appointment with the doctor (Irena Pimkova) was very superficial, the prescriptions were the same for almost everyone, and there was simply no final appointment! But 3 doctor’s appointments were paid for!!!

Accommodation: the room was almost the same as last time, but there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Carpeting loses its former attractiveness. Insane prices for calls within the city, and we did not find any warning about it. Swimming pool: the biggest change for the worse. Insufficient number of towels. Additional water features (water jet and underwater fountain) often did not work. Looks like staff have been told to only turn them on for short periods of time. The quality of treatment is approximately the same, with the exception of massages, the duration of which has been reduced to 15 minutes. No other negatives were found.

Some of the rooms sold, such as Imperial, are located in the old Skalnik building, you need to check when booking. This building has a very slow elevator. The food has gotten worse this year, perhaps due to the start of the season...

We rested and received treatment in the second half of March. We checked in quickly, the room at the Imperial Hotel was comfortable and clean. Very convenient covered passages, elevators to go to the Zvezda medical building and the swimming pool. We ordered 3 meals a day, we didn’t regret it. Everything is very tasty, meat dishes, soups. The colonnade for the drinking course is a five-minute walk away. Honey. The staff is very polite, the procedures take place exactly on time. Massage therapists give massages conscientiously. The rest and treatment went smoothly, all emerging issues were resolved by the administrators. Very convenient location of Mariinské Lazne for excursions around the Czech Republic and neighboring countries. We visited Germany (Rothenburg - the eternal city of Christmas). Mariinské Lazne - The city is small, but cozy and clean. Everything is concentrated on one street (shops, shops, excursions, restaurants, pharmacies). Of course, March this year was cold and snowy, so we didn’t get to enjoy the castles and nature. In the future we want to come in a warmer season.
