We vacationed in Marianske Lazne from August 25 to September 8 at the Nové Lazne hotel. We were very pleased with our vacation. The hotel building is very beautiful. We were greeted very kindly and took care of dinner right away. While we were having dinner, everything was decorated. The reception staff are attentive and always friendly. We also liked the food. The chefs prepared delicious and varied dishes every day for dinner, cuisine from different countries; in addition to meat dishes, fish dishes were always on the menu, and there were always vegetables as a side dish. The waiters are very friendly and fast. The maids cleaned, taking into account the procedures, while you were doing the procedures, they cleaned. Everything is clean and tidy. Doctor Fialova, having carefully familiarized herself with our problems, prescribed medical procedures and water, taking into account our wishes; we had problems with water; she resolved it all with him safely. The procedures are always orderly. There are no crowds of people anywhere, you arrive on time and everything is always ready, you immediately accept the procedures. If by chance something is mixed up, the issue is resolved at another time. The treatment nurses are always friendly. The hotel is very calm, everyone works in their places and all problems are solved. It was nice to relax

Treatment, food, location of the hotel are at a fairly high level. But living in room 107 is like living in a basement. They did not respond to the request to change. We lived for 20 days and the feeling did not leave us. I think that the price should be lower.

First visit to a sanatorium establishment - and what a !!! Thanks for the quality of the service staff!!! Special mention to the restaurant and kitchen staff - everything is great!!! New Year's holiday and Christmas are one of the most wonderful organizations - Colorful, festive, interesting. I would recommend it to those who haven’t tried it. You won’t regret it - everything is at the highest level. And then treatments and swimming pools. Walks through the frosty town to drinking springs. We ordered it with procedures and two meals a day - believe me, it’s enough, it’s very tasty and varied. We got there by train...convenient...at the station there are buses 5.7 and 5 minutes to the center. The hotel is nearby across the park. The way back is the same, but in the morning by taxi to the station, and in Prague at the station around the corner and an express bus to the airport. We bought tickets at the railway station and for the bus. Very comfortably....Negatives

The rooms and hotel were poorly cleaned, the robes were very old and out of shape, the food in the restaurant was not always tasty and the alternative to soup was beef broth every day. After lunch, tea and coffee were offered for an additional fee. And this is a 5 star Gothel, where the cost is much more expensive than a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately, during some procedures the staff was changed and not for the better. For example, mineral baths with carbon dioxide were sometimes not carried out in good faith and there were cases that by the end of the procedure the water was cold.
