We rested in the sanatorium "Nove Lazne" (23/09 to 07/10) for the first time. When you checked in, they upgraded your room category (free of charge) - very unexpected and pleasant. I certainly liked the quality of the procedures offered and their organization (we’ve been to many sanatoriums), everything is clear, fast, taking into account your personal wishes. I’m only talking about the “package”, for additional ones I didn't have enough strength. About nutrition. We took breakfast and dinner, read the complaints about the food in the reviews - I don’t know who was missing what. Drinks at dinner really are paid, so don’t take them, drink tea and coffee in your room. The only thing that would probably be annoying if we were on vacation in the summer would be the lack of air conditioning. Otherwise, everything is fine. We have been staying at this hotel for the tenth year in a row. 1. Service improves from year to year: management (attention to requests, tact and politeness, quality of services), set of procedures: purposefully depending on the patient’s condition and his needs, the quality of medical care is constantly improving: set of procedures and professionalism of the staff (massage Anna and Lena - super - and we understand this). 2. The condition of the hotel is improving - room renovation, order, decoration - orchids in the lobby....etc. 3. General friendly atmosphere in the hotel - smiles and friendly treatment + professionalism in resolving any customer issues 4. Growing quality of service in the restaurant: new - national days, both interesting and tasty. Not everything turns out equally well - but they try. There is a problem with Russian cuisine - the dumplings are super (dough, filling), and it would be better not to cook the borscht... But in general - respect to the chefs, especially the elderly one, we have known him for many years.Negatives
Almost none - minor comments: 1. Khodovar beer is still not in the bar, but it is local and tastier than national ones (Pilsner and others - to my taste and the taste of many of my friends - we don’t drink beer at the hotel, but go to bars and restaurants outside the hotel.). It can be at least in bottles, or better yet, on draft. I have been writing for many years without any reaction. 2. You can also put Khodovar in the minibar - let the client have a choice. 3. You need to think about air conditioning - a couple of days it was 28 - it was difficult to sleep in the room even with the windows open. Because of this, we travel in May - early June. 4. It’s also hot on the veranda of the restaurant. Even for dinner.

I liked the organization. We arrived around 12 o'clock. They immediately gave me the key to the room, made an appointment with the doctor in an hour, and helped me carry my suitcases. The doctor's appointment was also clear, he prescribed what was requested. The next day we donated blood and after lunch we received the results and adjusted the procedures. Meals included breakfast and dinner. All food is quite dietary. The dinners are themed every day, I really liked the Chinese one. The room has shampoo, conditioner, gel, body balm, replenished every day, cotton swabs, shower cap, toothbrush asked at the reception. At the end they asked for scales and they brought them to the room. We took a transfer that we already knew (via a website on the Internet). It is very convenient that the Lesnoy spring is inside and outside the hotel. 5 minutes to the colonnade. I really liked the mineral baths! Super, better than in Zvezda. Just watch the temperature, more than 35 - ask for dilution, the pressure rises. The massage depends on who you get. Our opinions differ. The most popular procedures are gas injections and paraffin, the people who work there are great, very bright. Overall the hotel is not bad, but we expected something more global from five stars.Negatives
There was no strong negativity. Minor: individual exercises were not very active, the nurse did them with reluctance, but exercises in the pool were very good; in the mineral baths, if something is wrong, don’t pull the string, no one came, so tell me right away if something doesn’t suit you.

We are of advanced age and already have contraindications, and the doctor is torn between the obligation to introduce mandatory procedures and your contraindications. At the same time, you sanatoriums have a lot of wonderful paid procedures that we would be happy to buy, which have no contraindications. But if you still buy them, then you won’t have time to go out for food. I bought 10 additional procedures, but time was running out. It’s the same with meals, you only need to sell breakfast, and the vacationer himself subsequently decides to have lunch or dinner or be on full board. In Slovenia, in Rogaska Slatina, this has been the case for a long time. You decide with your doctor what procedures you want to receive, and if your money and health allow it, then at least get treatment, and food and accommodation are paid for after the fact, learn from your neighbors!

I was given a room that did not correspond in any way to the room I ordered and paid for. A completely ugly so-called shower stall, it was at floor level, without a door, without a tray, and therefore all the water spread all over the floor. The bed had two sets of bed linen (obviously for two), and no one had removed this linen and pillow. A very unpleasant experience. I was simply deceived. I have been to this sanatorium several times, but this was the first time. This room ruined my holiday.
