Please pay special attention to this problem also on the part of the city administration. 2. Terrible Internet. I need to work several hours a day. The stability of the connection is constantly broken and the speed is at the level of the last century. The noiseless coverage and availability of the Internet in the area around the building are pleasing. But I think it is not a problem to expand the coverage to the entire territory and make it stable and high-speed. 3. The inability to pay with MIR cards. Guys, I will tell you a secret in Azerbaijan there is a Russian bank VTB. Open an account there and get a terminal for cashless payment with MIR cards. I assure you that you will receive an increase in additional services, since Russian citizens will not need to figure out how to transfer money and so on. Such a terminal works great in a cafe at the Ganja airport. 4. Why did they reduce the time for baths? Last year it was 15 minutes, now it is 10 minutes. And in a year it will be 5? This is not good. Since in other sanatoriums the time remained the same - 15 minutes.

I liked absolutely everything. The chef (Teymur Bey) personally greeted all the guests every day. Each meal was in the buffet format, with thousands of dishes - at least 5 types of hot in the morning, at lunch and dinner. The same number of appetizers, salads, cold cuts, fruits, sweet desserts. In the evening, there is live music and dancing in the summer garden. The surrounding area is beautiful, walking areas, recreation areas - everything is thought out for the convenience of vacationers. The medical block is also equipped with high-quality equipment. Very low quality of air conditioning in the room. Hot, does not cool, only slightly ventilates, for comparison in the main reception hall it is much cooler - it means that they monitor it there. Horrible audibility behind the door in the room. We had a suite with adjoining rooms to other rooms. It was terrible, the squeal of children who just came to the room at 12 at night was just terrible, they screamed as if they were in my room, woke us and our child up naturally. Soundproofing needs to be worked on Water flows out of the shower onto the floor. Everything is great at dinner - except for coffee, it is impossible to drink free coffee, it is embarrassing. For money, cappuccino is 2-3 out of 5, either super hot or without foam, or both. The staff at the package treatment procedures actively begs for money, we give it but feel uncomfortable. Pay more to the medical staff In general, these disadvantages can be dealt with, the hotel is very good. But - I categorically do not recommend applying for a transfer to Sanatoriums!! They sent a terrible thirty-year-old car called a Mercedes E-class, without seat belts for passengers!! With a broken windshield (apparently an unbuckled passenger flew into it with his head) they categorically refused to provide a child seat for a two-year-old child! The driver violated traffic rules, did not keep his distance and once almost flew into a guardrail because he was looking at his phone. The whole trip was spent in nerves and fear for life. Be careful when ordering a transfer if the safety of the trip is important to you. There are other cars and drivers, fortunately!!

We kindly ask you to pay attention to the transfer. They sent us a dirty, old, smoke-filled car WITHOUT SEAT BELTS in the back seat. We were not given the driver's name and car number in advance. There are no complaints about the driver, he is a very nice person. I drove 360 km in 3.5 hours. We were a little scared, we flew from Sweden. As for a five-star hotel, this kind of transfer over such a distance is completely inappropriate. And we were not alone with our complaints. If something happened, what claim would my insurance company make? I think that the hotel does not quite understand the peculiarities of working with tourists from the European Union.

There is no negativity. Wish. Since this is, after all, a medical sanatorium, it is not clear what small children should do there. A child cried behind our wall for several nights. This certainly got in the way, but it didn’t spoil the overall impression. Well, the queues to see doctors for examinations are a little annoying. And everything is perfect.
