It was my first visit to the Gradiali sanatorium. I was on vacation for a week. I really liked it. Everything was great, both the staff and the food (the food is very tasty and varied - the buffet...) and the room. Order prevails everywhere, and the politeness of the employees (I especially want to pay attention to the reception of Sandra S. 1a.... her warm reception, attention, good attitude and smile. Many thanks to Vytautas for the quality therapeutic massage and to the employees from the baths in building B, especially Dalia Griciene for the attention and smile. I will recommend this sanatorium to friends and acquaintances...Negatives

There was a shortage of gluten-free bread, vegan cheese and sugar-free sweets (dates, raisins, for example).

The downsides were the view from the window of a construction site, the refrigerator in the room did not work and there were a lot of people in the spa, it was not always possible to find a sun lounger or get into the jacuzzi.

The doctor who prescribes the procedures does not take into account the wishes at all. They asked that she not prescribe exercises, since we do them ourselves every day, but she said “you don’t have to go,” but I will prescribe them. And she was even prescribed 2 times in one day. The question is, why pay more for procedures that you can do yourself?!

On weekends the sauna and swimming pools are very crowded. For so many people, the pool is very small. From Monday to Friday there was again enough space. No one speaks German, and not everyone can speak Russian, but this was not a problem either.

The impossibility of walking along the edge of the sea to the center of Palanga, the women's beach within the city limits is surprising and inconvenient for walking. The location of the sanatorium with access to the sea between the women's and men's beaches infringes on the interests of married couples vacationing together.

The only drawback I would say is the ill-conceived transportation time back to the airport. Since we had to arrive at the airport 2-3 hours in advance, depending on the flights, it was 13:00, and since it was rush hour, a couple of times we got into traffic jams on the road, the driver was delivering other passengers, we arrived at the airport an hour, an hour and a half before departure of flights. Everyone on the bus was nervous, and after such a wonderful holiday this was completely undesirable.
