Put everything more or less valuable in the safe. Our maids went through the closet, opened the backpack and cleaned the wallet. It seems like a small amount was lost, of course it’s their own fault, but the residue remains.

During the bath procedure, the mother (age 89) missed a helping hand while getting out of the bath. It was also difficult for my Dutch husband to communicate with the Russian-speaking staff. But the smiles and good wishes made up for it all.

The place is ideal for rest and treatment. The entire staff of the complex is extremely helpful and benevolent. The choice of food is huge - for everyone's taste and needs. The kitchen staff lacks intelligence! The treatment services are excellent - from the selection of the doctor's procedures to the fulfillment of the staff. Thanks for everybody !

It was my first visit to the Gradiali sanatorium. I was on vacation for a week. I really liked it. Everything was great, both the staff and the food (the food is very tasty and varied - the buffet...) and the room. Order prevails everywhere, and the politeness of the employees (I especially want to pay attention to the reception of Sandra S. 1a.... her warm reception, attention, good attitude and smile. Many thanks to Vytautas for the quality therapeutic massage and to the employees from the baths in building B, especially Dalia Griciene for the attention and smile. I will recommend this sanatorium to friends and acquaintances...Negatives
