All hotels on the island belong to the Danubius chain, and are directly connected to balneological centers, which is very important, especially in winter. Everything is close to the city. A very convenient Belneocentre, there are 20 departments, some for men, some for women. There are no queues, appointments are strictly on time. In the balneo-center, everything is done for the convenience of patients: diagrams are posted indicating the location of the various rooms. The medical staff is very polite, many speak Russian. All procedures are supervised by medical staff. The approach to treatment itself is correct, but you can prescribe a little more mud. The hotel has three steam rooms and a luxurious outdoor pool. If you have problems with joints, then this resort is for you! I really liked it, although for a long time I did not dare to visit Slovakia, I went to the Czech Republic, Spain, Greece, Hungary. One thing I will say is that the quality of the services is high, the price is good, and the result of the treatment is good. I recommend.Negatives

The first time was in November. We were faced with the fact of a fragmentary renovation of the medical base - the thermal pool for men. We were unpleasantly surprised by the fact that at the resort reception (where the plan for visiting the procedures is drawn up) no one even considered it necessary to warn us that after 15.00 procedures in the thermal pool are carried out together with men and that we must wear a bathing suit. I had to urgently run to the room (800 m there and back) and in a negative state receive such a beloved and long-awaited procedure. Only a familiar masseuse (from previous visits) explained to us that this would not last long and soon everything would be as before.

It is a pity that in a hotel WHERE PEOPLE ARE TREATED AND TRY TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, SMOKING IS ALLOWED RIGHT ON THE SIDE OF THE OUTDOOR POOL. I BELIEVE THAT IF A SMOKING BAN WAS INTRODUCED OR THESE TABLES WERE MOVED TO THE OPEN BAR AREA, MOST NON-SMOKERS WOULD HAVE THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT GREAT THANKS.

This is my sixth year visiting this resort. Very pleased. This year, renovations were done on 2 floors. My room was on the second floor - luxurious. The treatment is very good, everything is on schedule, the health workers are very friendly. The procedures are necessary and useful (I see the results). Everything is very good. And the food - everyone is full. Variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This year they gave a lot of fruits, watermelons and melons. The fly in the ointment was Smoking on the balcony of the sanatorium! Our neighbors, elderly Germans, smoked on the balcony every 15 minutes, which caused us great inconvenience: they came to improve their health, but were forced to breathe tobacco smoke. After repeated complaints we were moved to another room. The hotel is positioned as non-smoking, there are certain areas for smokers. But, alas, the Law is being violated; hotel employees do not control its implementation! This is a big minus!!

Room cleaning is disgusting!!! They just change the towels every day and think that this is the whole point of cleaning. The restaurant workers and cooks are not friendly. As soon as you give 10 euros they start jumping and smiling around you! The food is very mediocre, but if you want to lose weight then it’s suitable. Diets sister could not find her, she was never there!!! I had a referral to her from a doctor from the medical center

It is advisable to identify special groups, for example for the very elderly, for those with a spinal hernia or arthrosis of the knee joints. We were in this sanatorium for the first time. We really liked everything, starting from the moment we arrived in Vienna. Getting there is convenient and fast. Transfer from the hotel. The sanatorium itself is located in a beautiful, very green, quiet and peaceful place. Clean air. Squirrels in the park, swans, ducks in the neighborhood with people. We even saw nutria.
