I arrived on November 17, 2019! They put me in the Comfort room, the balcony door was broken and I was very drafty on the first night. I was treated with antibiotics throughout my stay at the sanatorium and when I arrived home I continued treatment. It’s a shame that my stay at the sanatorium for the 6th time was spoiled by this event! Of course, on the 2nd day I was moved to another room, but unfortunately my health was already compromised! I would really like the rooms to be checked, namely, whether everything is in order, doors, windows, before people move in! Quality of accommodation: we had a double “comfort” room. The curtains were burnt with cigarettes, although smoking is prohibited on the territory of the sanatorium. There is a persistent smell of urine in the toilet. The lighting in the room was partially lacking; you couldn’t read it in the evening. Twice in 2 weeks I had to call a plumber: the faucet in the toilet broke and there was no water in the bathroom (the taps were clogged) Strong audibility in the rooms! Children play football in the corridors, and people should rest after procedures! Many people come for 2-3 days to relax, take a walk, without treatment. They want to have fun, their right!
