We included 32 procedures in the price of the trip, we were not warned that this was a package of certain procedures, and not our conscious choice, in the end we spent 6-10 procedures in vain, they were imposed on us. We advise you not to purchase procedures in advance, but to decide on the spot. Not all hotel offers are translated into Russian, if this is not possible, then the welcoming party must decipher the package of services, what we can use, what time we should arrive, etc. We do not in any way blame our manager, on the contrary, she asks many questions was able to successfully resolve it, but it would have been better if we knew about all our “privileges” in advance. Very poor wifi, anywhere in the hotel, no connection at all in the treatment center. The disgusting attitude of the service staff, those of many nurses during procedures, towards clients, in particular, related to the time of procedures: if someone is late, even for a good reason, by 2 minutes, they are not allowed into the procedures and do not change the time for the lost procedure. They create a lot of stress for people who come for treatment, instead of fulfilling the task of healing. In addition, they often break the rules of time frames themselves, but they forgive themselves. 3 clients in my presence indicated that they would never come to this sanatorium again. Unprofessional approach to procedures. For example, underwater traction of the spine is a very important procedure that needs to be explained and helped to be performed correctly in order for there to be results. The young girls staff do not explain anything at all, the clients perform the procedures incorrectly and only guess how to do it when the procedure is almost completed, and there is no responsibility of the staff for the results obtained during the procedures. The same applies to thermal pools, when during the thermal pool there are no personnel at all who must supervise the course of thermal procedures that are serious for health and heart. In general, there is a great lack of professionalism regarding customer service. Everything is on stream. At the reception they don’t know what it means to issue an invoice with a check, or how to check out correctly. This is unacceptable at all.

The staff is very nice. It is very pleasant that the drinking regime has been established for the second year (this was not the case before). Remove "amazing" and "excellent" - they're the same thing, and enter a "satisfactory" rating. Very poor food (4 years ago it was better) does not qualify for 4****, it can be simple but not primitive, like in a bad canteen. Treatment: the doctor prescribes unnecessary procedures and does not listen to the patient about his requests and problems. I paid for 27 procedures, asked for the 14 I needed, received the 4 I needed, and the rest were added to the load. I don’t want to pay money and waste time on something incomprehensible. My room was called “comfort” - I didn’t sleep for three nights because of the heat - where is the air conditioning???😝

The rooms have very poor sound insulation. You constantly hear your neighbors talking, the TV on, day and night. Everyone seems to be at home and alone. It’s very difficult to be in such an environment for three weeks! At two o'clock in the morning, the neighbors are watching a movie at full volume, then they go out onto the balcony (adjacent) and scream. I called the reception, provided the information, 15 minutes - no response. I went downstairs - only then did they call their room.

food was at the Kala restaurant. Fruit salads were stale. And also tomatoes and cucumbers. The table is NOT always fully set. BUT these are minor things. First aid is practically non-existent. A friend injured her leg. A doctor arrived from the hospital. He didn't even have a suitcase with him. There was NO freezing, no bandages, a cold compress was given for 1 night. It’s simply ridiculous that such a serious sanatorium would not have basic facilities.

Since I was with my husband for the first time, I had to look for a salt cave ourselves (the doctor said that he could not prescribe these procedures, but did not say that you can buy them yourself). We also learned by chance that the hotel has a hot mineral spring while receiving a procedure nearby. Next time there will be only positive things!!!

The soundproofing of the room is very poor, an Israeli lived nearby and he had regular guests. It seemed as if the conversations were taking place in my room. On top of that, he was constantly smoking on the balcony and all the smoke was coming towards us. I had to open and close the window all the time. In a restaurant (my opinion) it is necessary not to bring people with different food and communication cultures together in one room - the hubbub from Arabs and Jews, fingering the laid out food with your hands spoils your appetite!
