The food was prepared simply horribly. I have never seen anything more disgusting anywhere in the world. They even managed to ruin the scrambled eggs (a cold and hard circle); the porridge was put out in portions already cold, covered with a film. Fish and meat are just a nightmare. Not only to eat, but to look at this mess in some kind of brew is scary. The only thing you could take and eat was bread, sausage and cheese. Plus coffee and fruit (apples and oranges, sometimes kiwi)

Some rooms overlook the roof of the internal buildings and complement the view of the mountains, but if desired, you can change for an additional fee if there are vacancies. You must book a room with a view of the park. The food is very monotonous, but you can get used to it.

Very monotonous and tasteless food. Can't compare with HF. It's useless to say anything. But you won't die of hunger. Doctors treat their work very formally (maybe because I didn’t want to get on my paw) - I thought I was in Europe. The junior staff complains about low salaries... The Ralas Hotel can be described in one word - everything is very small - the room, the balcony is generally 20 cm wide. The main contingent: Soviet Jews from Israel and Arabs. Very unusual. But if they are here, then you have to go here.

The choice of the Balnea Palace sanatorium was not accidental - I often go to resorts and I have something to compare with, but the price-quality ratio is simply amazing. The treatment deserves only excellent ratings. Everything else is also up to par. I will definitely come back here again.

The resort is located in a beautiful old park on Kupelny Island, beautiful, quiet, you can only hear the birds singing. The quality of treatment is at a very high level, as are the equipment and staff. My single room is very cozy and clean, cleaned daily. It is very good that the room, along with towels, offers a terry robe, which is convenient for massage, water and mud treatments. I went through all the resort's sanatoriums and I think the location of the Balnea Palace sanatorium is the best. This sanatorium is closest to the Balnea Spa, where treatments are performed; you can always go up to your room between treatments.

Everything is super - I can say so. the strongest medical base - all conditions for rehabilitation, excellent equipment, they will put anyone back on their feet. The physiotherapists are great. There is a source of drinking sulfuric water right in the treatment department - it tastes a little nasty, but very good.
