Let me make a reservation right away: the disadvantages that I am going to mention are not critical, but they leave a residue. In a five-star hotel, I would like not to have to deal with the following: - the climate control system in the rooms is configured centrally and is not able to take into account the individual preferences of the client regarding the temperature in the room without the intervention of a specialist, whose operating hours are not 24/7; - the quality of cleaning depends very much on the staff. The bathroom supplies (cotton pads and cotton swabs) are not regularly replenished; we also had to ask about toilet paper; - the food is not varied, the choice is limited, does not correspond to the declared star rating; - the medical receptionist (unlike the rest of the medical staff) is unfriendly and unwilling to make contact and resolve the client’s problems.

There’s something that wouldn’t hurt to talk about. you have to purchase additional procedures on the spot. this caused confusion in the price calculation. double bills for procedures. I had to figure it out. There are few Russian channels on TV. but in general the sanatorium is a treatment. There's nothing wrong with that.

It was possible to agree on the procedures only with the chief physician, although this could have been done during communication with ordinary doctors who cannot simply resolve the issue without the chief physician. 2. In fitness, it is advisable to install blinds, since the sun hits your eyes during exercise. 3. It is advisable to diversify the salad menu in the restaurant. Breakfast is served excellently, lunch is a little worse, and for dinner - as they say, there is nothing left :(

The treatment is excellent, the staff in Irma is very polite, it’s stuffy - they open the windows, it’s cold - they cover it, they always bring water to drink, if anything happens, see the doctor straight away without any problems.... This is not a negative, but a request - we came to Termi Palace for the first time, we were told that we would see a doctor in the morning. And where to go? Where are these Irma 1, 2, where is this Napoleon.... and so on.... Blood tests could be taken, but no one told us, we found out later by accident.... So we went ourselves and asked people like him we were vacationing, pestering people.... And then we ourselves told the same story and helped people look.... This is not right, people have arrived - show them where everything is.... it will take 15 minutes but you don’t feel abandoned.. ..
