We really liked everything. Quiet, cozy hotel, conveniently located, has parking, good food (we took three meals a day - we didn’t regret it). The procedures are standard like everyone else, the medical staff is very pleasant, as are the reception staff. Everyone speaks Russian. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed upon request.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. And again I liked everything very much. We booked a package that included both accommodation and spa treatments. The treatment is at the highest level, the menu is varied, beautiful and tasty. Breakfast is also very good. There is a SPA area: one swimming pool, one hot tub, sauna and hammam. Only a good impression. Friendly Russian-speaking staff, high-quality furniture.

Calm, cozy atmosphere. Clean, tidy, very friendly staff (including the director). The hospital always meets the schedule of procedures. The buffet in the restaurant changes daily. And, most importantly, very tasty!

Liked everything. Very pleasant attitude of the staff and doctors. The food was simply at the highest level (breakfast and dinner), the room was constantly cleaned and towels changed. The location is also good, everything is within walking distance. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

The hotel itself is located on the river bank and also next to a beautiful park - Dvorak Gardens, to the springs 2 minutes walk

Excellent selection of medical and spa treatments. All treatment is directly at the hotel, in the treatment area. The entire hotel is clean and well maintained. We liked the staff, no matter how many times we contacted them, they always quickly tried to help.

We had never been to Humboldt before. I can't say that I'm very impressed, but it's a decent hotel. Not in the center, but about 5-7 minutes walk to the springs. Moreover, the nearest source is a garden colonnade, literally 1 minute away. We were placed in a room overlooking the park. Spacious and clean room. Robes and slippers are provided, and there is also a hairdryer. There are no language problems with the staff.

Accommodation and food are at a good level. The treatment is 50/50. I liked some of the procedures, some were clearly unnecessary and essentially had no effect on my health. We have heard about the practice of doctors prescribing cheap procedures so that guests can buy more expensive ones at their own expense.
