This hotel does not live up to the title of 4 stars, there is no refrigerator, there was no hot water for 2 days, they couldn’t notice the light bulb in the bathroom for two days, I shaved “by heart”, in the restaurant except for the watermelons, all the fruits were not ripe, in a word, it’s 2 stars pulls. I hope I never fall for your tricks again.

When you go to Karlovy Vary, check that there are no festivals there!!!! It's just gloomy to be in the city at this time. It’s not that there are a lot of people, just darkness. It is clear that the hotel has been renovated, has a beautiful interior, good bathrooms (mostly), comfortable beds, good linens. We booked 2 deluxe rooms. In practice, 1 room was provided, seemingly of the declared category, it even had air conditioning. But!!! in the hallway of the room there was a door to the next room. It was closed, but all sounds, even quiet speech, and all the smells of salads and sounds of dishes, were audible. As for the second number. It was a 1-room apartment, no air conditioning, with a balcony, and a cracked sink in the bathroom. As for food. It’s not clear how it’s possible to cook something so tasteless out of good ingredients. The dinner portions are small. One evening they served sour minced meat cutlets. People at the neighboring tables, who also took this dish, complained, to which they were told that it was just sour cheese in the cutlets. There is little fruit. About medical treatment. We arrived on Friday for only 7 days, expecting to see the doctor the next day. Let's daydream! The doctor saw me at 13:00 on Sunday. Until this time, we didn’t even know what kind of water to drink. The procedures are excellent in most cases, but!!! Massage is something!!! it felt like a large amount of oil was being smeared across my back with my fingers. About the pool. On the 6th floor there is a hammam, sauna, swimming pool, several sun loungers, and a cooler with hot and cold water. Everything is convenient. There were days when the floor was simply not wiped. We had to walk on very damp tiles. Climate. Many people complained that their blood pressure rose and they had headaches.

In this regard, on Saturday and Sunday before 15:00 I received procedures at the discretion of the nurse, who did what I needed and was not exactly what I needed and was less expensive, baths, mud. The baked goods in the restaurant were not always fresh, especially the puff pastry. There are no kettles in the room, water is only in the room where the pool and jacuzzi are located, available from 9-00 to 20-00. Due to the festival and the weekly disco with crazy music from 23-00 to 6-00 in the morning, I practically did not sleep whole week. But you need to choose the time of rest and treatment wisely. You need to know that you cannot stay in this hotel at the beginning of July.

Once upon a time there was a high-level sanatorium, but now it clearly does not correspond to the declared category - this primarily concerns the furnishings in the rooms and decoration. The furniture is old - the closet is warped, the doors of the bedside tables and drawers are stuck, the carpet is worn to holes, the old frames are jammed so that it is impossible to open the window, etc. The first week there were problems with food - everything was either overcooked or salty/spicy, which is strange for such a place - usually “diet food” is exactly the opposite. The second week everything improved and the feeding began to be very good. When asked what had changed, they answered that the cook had changed.

The location of the hotel is optimal, we would especially like to note the presence of a terrace overlooking the Thermal Hotel and the park. Thanks to guide Olga Kozel for the excellent excursions. The manager's efforts to improve the quality of accommodation and service are noticeable; these are not disadvantages, but suggestions: there should be more hangers in the wardrobe and the same ones. Half of the light bulbs did not light, one was replaced only after a week.

Rather than a negative, but a commentary. During our two-week stay, the bed linen was not changed even once. But during the procedures there were showers several times a day, so the linen was clean. Didn't bother about it.
