The hotel is located relatively conveniently, but there is no parking space, the nearest parking costs 25 € per day. The hotel advertises housing and communal services diseases with special diets and vegetarian cuisine, this is long outdated information... The kitchen staff is not able to prepare the appropriate dishes even after repeated calls. Room and bathroom cleaning leaves much to be desired. Very noisy due to renovation work throughout the week , even in the evening!!!

Firstly, the most important thing about the sanatorium is its location, directly opposite the colonnade, where the most popular springs of the resort are located. Secondly, the size of the hotel also plays a significant role; its compactness is very convenient, so you don’t have to wander around looking for anything. Thirdly, good staff, incredibly smiling and kind nurses, waiter/maid Elena, hardworking and friendly, as well as administrator Anastasia, very responsive and energetic.
The food is modest but tasty. Special thanks to the chefs for their ability to cook delicious fish, especially white fish, which not everyone can do.

The hotel management is very weak. Room 33 where I was initially placed does not correspond to a Lux room. The walls are dirty, bedding and bath items are in poor condition, there are no hygiene products in the bathroom. Everything was fine, the only thing we were missing in the room was a kettle and a hair dryer did not work.
We have just returned from the Aqua Marina Hotel and want to share our impressions. The location is excellent, the colonnades are within walking distance on flat terrain, very convenient for walking and drinking water. The food is of high quality, throughout our stay there was a varied menu, very well prepared and quite large portions.
The administration and all the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. We did not find any disadvantages, only positive impressions and great gratitude

The biggest plus of this hotel is the location. Everything is nearby: shops, restaurants, springs. Treatment procedures were performed as usual.

We went to this hotel on a recommendation and were disappointed. We came to Karlovy Vary for the seventh time and had something to compare with. We had room 12 and it had many shortcomings: the telephone did not work, the handle to the bathroom was broken, one window did not open for ventilation, the pillows were made of cotton wool, the shower tray was clogged, and then the safe was broken. After the complaint, the drain was cleaned a little. Cosmetics were added after a convincing request. Room cleaning was mediocre. Upon departure, we were informed that cosmetics would only be added once upon arrival. There is no changing room at the pool. There is no soap or gel in the only shower stall. The treatment room and the swimming pool are combined, which is inconvenient. The biggest minus was the food. Breakfasts were still more or less tolerable. But lunch and dinner... tasteless, meager and monotonous. Restaurant visiting hours do not really correspond to the hours indicated on sanatoriums.com. I would also like to note the free transfer from the airport to the hotel. The meeting driver was a little late. When he appeared, he didn’t even say hello. He waved his hand and ran. We (8 people) jumped with suitcases and ran after him. Having seen a small bus, we began to discuss among ourselves how to rationally accommodate ourselves in it. The driver immediately told us that if you don’t like it, you need to take a taxi. There was deafening music in the cabin. When asked to turn down the volume, the driver replied that everything was fine. The air conditioner was running at full blast. The request to make the interior warmer was also not satisfied. And then he started shouting and being rude to us. At a speed of 160 km he began to call the “owner” and complain about us. At the same time, I still periodically corresponded with him on the phone. He interfered in our personal conversations and was constantly rude. There was so much hatred and malice in him. At one point he stopped the car and jumped out of the car. It felt like he was about to take us out of the car and drive away. He said his name very vaguely. The license plate number of the car is 4 K6 6768. How can such a mentally ill person be trusted with passenger transportation!?

Dear Sanatorium!!! We stayed at the Aqua Marina sanatorium for two weeks. We liked the sanatorium, the wonderful staff and a very good attitude towards vacationers. We really liked the medical facilities, starting from the organization of treatment and the treatment itself. Especially many thanks to the head nurse for the professionalism and quality of treatment!!! But we categorically did not like the food.. The proposed menu gives practically no choice. The dishes themselves are dry and overcooked.., mayonnaise salads. Tea only in the morning. For lunch and dinner there are two carafes of cold water for all vacationers. We vacationed in Karlovy Vary This is not the first time with the support of your company; this has never happened in any hotel. There were a lot of dissatisfied people at the hotel about this. The rooms were cleaned impeccably by Oksana and Alena!!!
The treatment is very good, all procedures are carried out professionally, I would especially like to mention the massage, just wonderful. The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is nearby, sources, shops, places for walking. The hotel is small but very cozy. The staff is friendly, except for the restaurant. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and blankets were of good quality. The hotel has two saunas and a swimming pool. We enjoyed using all of this.

The restaurant has interesting furniture and a large fireplace, but the atmosphere was not very good. The girls who work there looked as if they were doing military service there. I would like a little more cheerful smiles. It felt like we arrived as uninvited guests. The kitchen was a little monotonous.
I really liked, first of all, the location of the hotel and the attitude of the staff, daily cleaning, change of towels, cleanliness... There is a proposal, taking into account which the hotel can attract more vacationers from the former republics of the USSR (of which there were more this year than before ) especially with the Muslim religion. It is advisable to include lamb, dairy products and vegetables in your diet.
Nice location of the hotel, the room was big enough for 1 person, there was a balcony, the bed had a good mattress. Hotel staff were friendly except for the kitchen staff, who weren't very close. The treatments were very well organized, no waiting times and well carried out. Overall, I rate the stay as good to very good. I'd love to come back.

I booked with half board, I could have saved money. Not only was the food small portions, the food was miles away from a 4 star hotel. As in taste, so too in quantity and preparation. For example: I chose rice with chanterelles, no chanterelles in it and inedible. Salads and fruit were rather old news and few. A feeling arises that the kitchen staff takes fresh food with them and the paying guests get yesterday's food. I also complained during my stay. For the half board catering I don't give 0 points, but -10 points
