In the rooms in Tchaikovsky, whose windows face the courtyard, there is very noisy noise from the restaurant kitchen hood, which turns on at 5:30 in the morning, with short breaks, and turns off at 22:30. You should be warned about this. If I had known, I would never have I wouldn't order such a number.

I chose a hotel room with windows facing the courtyard, but it was not indicated that the extractor hood would be constantly and noisily working under the window. The façade of the neighboring building was undergoing renovations. The territory was not fenced in anything; garbage fell onto the path along which vacationers walked in a stream. One day, a bucket fell almost at my feet from the height of the third floor, which workers were lifting on a rope onto scaffolding, and it fell off. I had no idea that safety precautions could be neglected this way. In general, I liked the treatment and vacation, but by the end of the first week, when I walked around all the sights and paths in the forest, it became unbearably boring. Why are there no concerts or performances at all? I’m sure that if Russian-language theaters came, it would be a full house.

THERE IS NO SULFUR BATH, which is advertised here on the website, because of which I chose Tchaikovsky, even during my stay (03/31 to 04/14/2016) there was no physiotherapist, they said he quit, they haven’t hired a new one yet. The pool is cold, if no one has booked a sauna, it is simply icy and the room itself is not heated, I got a cold in my back. Thanks to the management for the quick response to my requests to the hotel to prepare documents for a visa. Special thanks to the representatives of Sanatoriums.com for clarification on all issues of interest related to treatment, accommodation, and transfer organization. From the moment of check-in to the moment of departure, everything was organized at the highest level. Check-in took place immediately, the patient's card was prepared, the doctor's appointment, and the provision of services according to the package (procedure 17) exceeded all expectations. The culture and quality of service in all departments of the sanatorium are at the highest level. Excellent medical facilities, SPA, warm water pool, well-equipped rooms. The room in which I lived was located near the elevator, but this did not interfere with rest and sleep.Negatives

Minor disadvantages would include the early time of some procedures and their busy schedule in the morning. Sometimes you need to try hard to have time for procedures, drink water, and have breakfast.

The treatment in general is not bad, but the small rooms for the procedures are very uncomfortable. Baths are done behind a curtain; there is no place to get out of the bath and dry off. After mud compresses with a dirty back, you need to go to your room to wash, the nurse does not wipe your back. A number of procedures that are standardly performed in Karlovy Vary are paid (oxygen therapy and lymphatic drainage).

"Tchaikovsky" is best used as a place to sleep. Firstly, the single room is more like a punishment cell in size. Secondly, I went for procedures, and there is so much you can see in the city, go on excursions. You don’t have to go to the pool - it’s cramped, you can only dive there after the sauna.

I didn't like the reception at all. I came from a walk and stood for 15 minutes waiting for the girl on duty to hand out the keys to the room. She was wandering around the hotel somewhere. Well, this is completely unacceptable.
